Big old lady at the window was rude and didn’t give me a price at the call box when I ordered, and didn’t give a receipt when I paid, and basically threw food at every person in front of me including myself!

The first, most important way you can improve is to be open when you say you are open. Pulled in at 10:05 and this Wilsonville location was closed. Why? If you don't want to stay open until 12am, stop advertising that you are. Saw employees inside but they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone so... I won't be coming back. PS - I was one of three cars in the drive thru wondering why we were sitting at a closed store??? This BK has the perfect recipe for running business away....read full review
This is the slowest and dirtiest Burger King I have ever been to
the manager in the mornings she can only help one person at a time and you end up setting 5 to 6 minutes at the window waiting to order and then she's extremely rude
but dirty dining needs to visit this store it is terrible.....
I wont ever go there again
and I'm gonna recommend everybody that I know to not go there and the employees park right in the front spaces so you have to park and walk...read full review
