I went to IKEA with a room project in mind and even though some items were not in stock, the employees were super helpful to help me look for items and reserve a bed at the warehouse. It was suggested I order a popular item that was out of stock. Good idea! It was a small shipping fee but better than multiple trips to the store waiting to see if it is in stock. Stock item information is not always accurate when it said 4, it was actually zero. Even though it was super busy mid Monday, I was able to get what I needed.

This place is a freaking nut house. The furniture I have purchased here is all substandard but hey, it fits in a little box.

The restaurant upstairs has different food options than Cafe downstairs Although it's a nice place to sit, with a lovely view of tree tops & Ikea restaurant design, I pick the cafe downstairs w the real goods: All day every day cinnamon rolls that I want to forget about but can't That "I can't believe it's not ice cream and it's only $1" frozen yogurt come Newly added $.75 veggie dog that is an amazing concoction of real veggies, sweet mustard & pickled beets!?!?! Omg. IKEA may have been founded by a N*** lover, but I love the Nordic aesthetic and the food. Keep it up! If only it were public so I could buy stock...

Food Court: The Swedish Meatballs was a soft (in a good way!) and very tasty. They were perfectly seasoned and the mash potatoes were good too. Though you can't exactly mess up mashed potatoes, right? The Pork Tenderloin was good, but it was kinda weird. Not very tender. Whatever, it tasted really good and wasn't hard. The rice is came with was really nice and fresh. So, that was a plus. Furniture: ***I had just lost my glasses, but can see most things fine. We didn't buy anything, because we didn't need to. The store was organized, had a good amount of everything, easy to follow (especially with their arrows), clean, and stocked up. Can it get any better?

Parking can be tough on the weekends but they seem to work hard to get people in and out as smoothly as possible. Staff is friendly and the store is clean.

YOU GUYS I love this IKEA! I've read the reviews about others bashing on it but I've been here at least twenty five times in the last ten years and I LOVE IT. I designed my kitchen with their online designer and we picked up all of our cabinets and countertops THE SAME DAY! Their warehouse is conveniently less than two miles away and is easy to access, although it can be a little congested at times. Great deals, great costumer service BUT no bags when you leave so keep that in mind

It's just me I know. Not my kind of store. I get why people love this place but it just seems to be a time vampire the few times I've been here. There is no 'let's make a quick stop at Ikea before we grab something to eat at Cascade Station" I lalso don't want to spend the weekend building a $200 -$300 puzzle of a book shelf or wardrobe cabinet. I see many happy looking people and that's great. It's just not my type of shopping environment (very crowded and an odd maze to get through the store) that I enjoy or appreciate. The employees were very friendly and the store was clean.

What a massive place! I just love to walk through all the show rooms to see what great ways to furnish or decorate a home! My favorite part is the food though. I love the restaurant upstairs. It seems so fresh and healthy and what a great price for a meal. Additionally, I love the bulk candy by the fast food area downstairs. So many yummy treats to choose from & the price per pound is a bargain in my opinion. What's not to love about this place?!?

Horrible in a complete way! My order had 4 boxes total two came ripped open items badly damaged and wet! Sent two back with delivery driver. Other two will be going back as well. A third box I found has dent on face of box, only one box looks to be ok. When I called in with complaint the prompt said they weren't taking complaints at this time....... are you kidding me? !!! So I had to go around that to get to talk to someone which went like the rest of this business badly! I will never use this company again for any reason and if you plan to good luck!

This is a pretty nice store...always clean and staff is helpful. There's a nice large private parking lot. On weekends and around holidays it can be quite a zoo! This location is part of the Cascade Station shopping area. I like that IKEA has options to go through the areas where they have rooms set up with their merchandise so you can get decorating ideas, or take the shortcuts to get directly to the warehouse to get your merchandise and checkout. They have a huge variety of items available. Lots of kitchen gadgets, dishware, pots and pans, flatware, glasses, cooking utensils, food storage containers, chip clips, etc. Tons of stuff to look at. They also have furniture...beds, tables, dressers, hide-a-beds, chairs, couches, ottomans, desks, file cabinets, wardrobes, bookcases, cabinets, etc. They have rugs, curtains, bedding, lighting and bulbs, plants and pots, office organizers, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and so much more! This place is huge! The possibilities are endless! We've had lunch in the restaurant as well. Love the Swedish Meatballs and Cinnamon Rolls! The checkout lines can get pretty long, but they seem to move pretty quickly. They have employees that will help you load larger furniture items at the loading dock as well. Would highly recommend everyone check this store out at least once, just for the experience alone!

One location in Oregon Portland As usual the place can get pretty crowded or confusing. Although, I love how the displays are always so interesting to look at , very inspiring. There were only a few workers around that you can catch in certain floors , so it was quite hard to ask some questions. I also noticed a lot of mess on the floor that can get pretty dangerous. I was worried about slipping so I constantly checked if there were anything that's going to fall or already on the floor. Food: Many choices from upstairs being a restaurant to downstairs being a fast food shopping spot. The price is unbeatable too which kind of reminds me of Costco. However, we ordered their Mocha coffee, but it tasted more like hot chocolate drenched in half and half. I actually didn't mind the taste since I love hot coco , but it's the opposite with my husband .

Ordered a couch, at the store, for home delivery. Also paid $25 for removal of the old couch. Associate #1 said that unboxing and assembly (legs, etc.) of the new couch are done by the customer, not the delivery service. Associate #2 said the couch can be unboxed and assembled, we just have to ask for it when they arrive. Got two phone calls a day prior to delivery: one automated call saying it would be between the hours of 9am - 9pm. 3 hours later, another automated call saying between the hours of 12pm - 4pm. The next day, the delivery service calls around 9:30am, saying they would arrive within the next hour. Noting their remission regarding the time, I accepted anyway and awaited their arrival. They showed up with the box on the truck and I asked for removal of the old couch, first. The guy says that they only deliver. I asked why I paid $25 for a service that supposedly doesn't exist. He played d**** We pushed the old couch aside and he brought in the boxed couch. I asked for removal of the box and assembly. He played d**** again, and suggested that I call IKEA. We did, and got a refund and an as-is discount for some slight damage to the couch fabric. We lost our warranty but was guaranteed that a delivery truck would be back to pick up our old couch, that day. They never showed. We love our new couch, but we still have the old couch.

This IKEA is alright after all the hypes I have been exposed to in the past few years from some people claiming how great it is. The products are alright, but they are at the same time like fast food of the furniture industry, encouraging fast consumption and renewal, instead of building pieces that last. Quality is not exceeding the relatively cheaper price overall. 4 star for that part. What really threw me off was the interaction with the employees. More often than not, they are not happy, not passionately helpful, and not easy. I don't know what their welfare and compensation is in IKEA, but I would guess not too great given the pretty consistent unhappiness they are showing. Which, is a turn off to someone excited to shop for (often) their new home.

I love this location! What could be better when you cross the Oregon border than seeing the great big yellow letters indicating there is an IKEA right off the highway?!? Not much, I say! I make a point of coming in here once a year if I can help it to look around the showroom and get ideas of what I need for home improvement. On my most recent trip I saw they were offering a great tv stand as one of their specials and it reminded me that I have one that I've been meaning to replace for YEARS. Done. Grabbed the info for that one and added it to my bag. My friend and I traversed the whole showroom before having dinner in the cafeteria - omg the desserts, though! My friend had the swedish meatballs while I had the veggie meatballs - we both left satiated and ready to go through lighting, textiles, and the warehouse! A few cutting boards, a reusable zippered tote, and a few other odds and ends later, we made it out of there as the sun was setting. Now that was a great afternoon/early evening adventure! One of the items I purchased required us to drive to the other IKEA pickup location 1.5 miles down and around the curvy road, which was new to me, but another little adventure. Once there, the representatives took the receipt, grabbed the items, and we were on our way again. Easy peasy. Thanks, IKEA!

Their indoor plant selection and prices alone is what keeps me coming back. They're the best bang for your buck and they surprisingly carry a wide variety. Their plant section should not be slept on. It's in the very last section right before the warehouse and check-out areas so fairly easy to get to. I just bought a large white bird of paradise for only $20. Their ceramic pots are also super cute and so cheap. They have hanging planters, plant stands/shelves. You can view their stock online of these planters and plant stands in case you have your eye on one of them. They have a wide variety of succulents for $3.99 and zz plants, ferns, orchids, jade plants, aloe veras. Pretty much all of the indoor plants that purify and clean the air in your home!
