I ordered delivery & it didn’t show up despite the app saying it was delivered. I called the store and they just kept telling me to wait longer and call back. On my 3rd call I was so annoyed I asked for a refund. Of course it’s 5 business days before you get a refund. This isn’t the first time. They have forgotten items in my order before and another time left my order on someone else’s doorstep near me. I looked around and no such luck this time. I’m done ordering delivery from these folks.

Won't go back to this store for sure... not sure about others. First, counter guy taking orders and money and then without changing his gloves, started making sandwiches for other customers. When he got to my order before he handled the food, I asked him to change is gloves since he was handling money and didn't wash his hands or change gloves before switching to making sandwiches.... he looked pissed when I asked, and the look on the other customers faces was priceless that just picked up their orders he handled. Second, $13 bucks for bread, four pickles a slice of ham and a slice of cheese...sorry your food just isn't that good.

This store NEVER reads the tickets and what is actually wanted. Everytime I add stuff it's never on my sandwich, I paid for cheese that wasn't even added. Super disappointed.

This place never ceases to amaze me with how horrible their service has become. I can never rely on them to be on time with my order even though I place my order a couple hours ahead. I asked for napkins and for my sandwich to be cut in half, wich was not done. I used to love ordering from you guys and now I order maybe once I year because of your unreliable service. Please go back to using your own delivery drivers!!!

Was advised when I showed up my food would be 10-15 minutes, took 25 minutes. The individual at the front counter seemed very overwhelmed and was extremely short and rude during the ordering process. Multiple customers in the store were upset that no names were taken for orders and once the food was made sat for upto 5 minutes before they were called out which just included the menu number. The bread was almost rock hard and wasnt eatable.

Scheduled a delivery for a sandwich. Arrived 30 minutes early and was left outside in the heat. Delivery and sandwich preparation instructions were not followed at all. Very disappointed in the quality of this location.

Been coming here for awhile, and Linden makes the BEST sandwiches I’ve EVER had. They are always made in a timely manner and taste absolutely delectable. Great spot for some quick lunch with friendly employees!

Got burned for our last time here. We have had nothing but issues. Crazy long delivery times - sometimes over an hour, quality and wrong orders and today ordered 2 sandwiches and this was the lettuce on them. We won’t go back to this location again. Order from Jersey Mikes or another location.
Jimmy John's is one of the more consistent and tasty sandwich options, and with the toasted favorites option it's even better.

This place is great! The employees are EXCELLENT and provide great customer service. The guy with the nose ring is always providing awesome service and in a great mood. The food is amazing and consistent never a bad experience here.

Orders to have it delivered at 11:27 am, called an hour later to see what’s the status and guy on the phone said sorry I’m barely making it now. Got delivered 12:57pm. That’s an hour and a half for a sandwich and I live 0.7 miles away from them. Like many others said the beverage machine is down for months and service is lacking. Don’t order online for delivery. They will prioritize bigger orders or walk ins. Money wasted, never again buying from this place

It's Jimmy John's, it doesn't do anything special. This one is far from being fast though and their fountain drink machine has been down for months. Ordering online doesn't seem to help either as this particular store prioritizes walk-ins over online orders, even if you place it way ahead time with a specific pick-up time. I still enjoy the food, hence the 4 stars in that part, but as a food service business, it fails.
Edit: I should have included this in my initial review. I contacted JJ to share my feedback, and they responded quickly and professionally. They also offered compensation for my unsatisfactory experience. I plan to give this store another opportunity in the future. I still appreciate the food and have no complaints in that regard.
