I don’t order from this particular JJ because I have had too many orders just not made properly. This last one made me want to write a review.. I ordered 2 sandwiches and took them home to enjoy with my spouse. Both of our sandwiches had minimal meat in them and the bread was pretty hard. I made more tuna salad at home and added it to my sandwich so I would have enough protein in my meal. I also asked for extra onions and jimmy peppers and got a minimal amount of those as well. I have learned to order from the Woodburn or Tigard locations instead of this one and I would suggest doing so if you can.
The fact that I had to add more tuna salad to my sandwich is absolutely embarrassing and a fail on their part. I’m just disappointed tbh.

Do not order online. Freaky slow delivery, bread was hard and stale, veggies were wilted. By the time the sandwiches delivered lunch break had been over for an hour. We threw away 90% of the sandwiches because by the time it arrived we'd all snacked alteady while waiting, and the quality of food was so poor we just cut our losses and threw it away. JJs is going the way of subway. Crap ingredients at high prices.

Staff is clueless. They took my money and the told me no ice, no carbonation, no syrup in Diet Coke and probably others. Leave main door open to allow fly access.

Great sandwich shop. Best part is that you have the option of choosing sliced bread instead of a submarine roll, which is the default at most sandwich shops. The meat always tastes fresh. My only gripe is that I wish they offered real sliced avocados instead of an avocado spread, which just isn't the same. Other than that, their sandwiches are really good.

We love us a good Jimmy Johns sandwich...that is if you can get your hands on one at this location! We have had multiple occasions now, one which was a large catering order for our son's graduation party, where the Wilsonville JJ's could not make a sandwich because they were OUT of bread. If you are a sandwich shop and advertise freaky fast....you better have enough bread on hand to make a sandwich. AVOID this location if you want to get a sandwich within an hour or so of ordering and DO NOT trust that if you order a catering box that it will be delivered on time!

Super awesome staff! Everyone’s kind and welcoming and the food is always great, it’s always fresh and the bread is fantastic. I’ve talked to the managers at this establishment and they’re all so upbeat and do such a good job encouraging their team. Love this place.

Placed an order online for 10 sandwiches for my shop. Waited 30 mins before arriving to pick everything up. Was asked if I could wait 15 mins longer because they had already hit their sales quota. Or refund the order. Finally got the order after needing to pull the sides which I don’t remember exactly what all was on the order since it’s for different people. I was missing 1 sandwich completely all others were not marked so had to open every sandwich to see what it was. Instructions were not followed on the order either for special requests. Very poor service and expected to wait longer or cancel the order because they already hit their sales quota is just ridiculous!! I will gladly drive further and go to Canby or another location further away to avoid this location.

This is, by far, my favorite Jimmy John's. The staff is always so helpful and kind. The food is always done super fast, and it is very clean every time I go in. Ordering on the app makes grabbing my food on the way home from work so easy.Also, they have THE BEST cookies!

Delivered two sandwiches with burnt, hard, and inedible bread. And one had lettuce added that I didn't specify. Called store to report and the gentleman who answered argued with me for near 10 minutes about how he didn't believe that the bread was actually burnt (after putting me on hold to, apparently, check his bread stock). I told him it was inedible and he straight up asked me "how is it inedible?" After offering to physically show him the bread, he offered to send a new sandwich for the lettuce mistake. Still insisting that he "found the burnt-ness hard to believe."I'm not even mad about the sandwich, but I am bewildered by the service.The last few times before this we had any issues with the order, the manager was extremely helpful in remedying any problems we had, including running new sandwiches directly over. So not sure what happened to the service level, but it's decreased significantly since the past year or two.

My sandwiches arrived poorly assembled falling apart, literally crammed full of cheese and two slices of turkey, that was shredded into pieces like it was over handled and or someone doesn't know how to use the slicer, instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me and told me they could not provide refund. What kind of food establishment wont provide refunds when food is poor quality? It was delivered to my house and these individuals proceeded to act as if their sandwich makers dont make mistakes. I will be contacting Jenna the general manager in the morning to ensure Andre returns my fund as he said, we will be checking our bank statement throughly. Safe to say we won't be spending our money here anymore. And im looking further in to a corporate number as it seems these folks are trying to steal from unsatisfied customers.

The employees at this location are Rock Stars. Kudos to the team who work nights. My daughter loves this location not only for the food but the customer service. (I actually think she goes there for them over the food) I just wanted to give a shoutout to the team for showing their appreciation to young teens(which isn't always easy in the food service industry!) and their service. Please give your team a Thank You, they deserve it!

No longer freaky fast, now just freaky service- the bad kind.30+ mins for a delivery to an address less than a mile away. I could have walked to the store faster. The accuracy of the order was poor, too. Received the wrong drink.I have been avoiding the Wilsonville location for over a year due to slow times and poor service. The deciding factor was when I showed up to a completely shut down store on a weekday afternoon, just nobody working.This second chance over a year later did not make the cut. Take your money elsewhere! $16.45 for a basic combo is too much to spend on slow, inaccurate service.
