Was advised when I showed up my food would be 10-15 minutes, took 25 minutes. The individual at the front counter seemed very overwhelmed and was extremely short and rude during the ordering process. Multiple customers in the store were upset that no names were taken for orders and once the food was made sat for upto 5 minutes before they were called out which just included the menu number. The bread was almost rock hard and wasnt eatable.

Been coming here for awhile, and Linden makes the BEST sandwiches I’ve EVER had. They are always made in a timely manner and taste absolutely delectable. Great spot for some quick lunch with friendly employees!

Got burned for our last time here. We have had nothing but issues. Crazy long delivery times - sometimes over an hour, quality and wrong orders and today ordered 2 sandwiches and this was the lettuce on them. We won’t go back to this location again. Order from Jersey Mikes or another location.

This place is great! The employees are EXCELLENT and provide great customer service. The guy with the nose ring is always providing awesome service and in a great mood. The food is amazing and consistent never a bad experience here.

Orders to have it delivered at 11:27 am, called an hour later to see what’s the status and guy on the phone said sorry I’m barely making it now. Got delivered 12:57pm. That’s an hour and a half for a sandwich and I live 0.7 miles away from them. Like many others said the beverage machine is down for months and service is lacking. Don’t order online for delivery. They will prioritize bigger orders or walk ins. Money wasted, never again buying from this place

It's Jimmy John's, it doesn't do anything special. This one is far from being fast though and their fountain drink machine has been down for months. Ordering online doesn't seem to help either as this particular store prioritizes walk-ins over online orders, even if you place it way ahead time with a specific pick-up time. I still enjoy the food, hence the 4 stars in that part, but as a food service business, it fails.
Edit: I should have included this in my initial review. I contacted JJ to share my feedback, and they responded quickly and professionally. They also offered compensation for my unsatisfactory experience. I plan to give this store another opportunity in the future. I still appreciate the food and have no complaints in that regard.

Staff seem to have problems with every pick up order placed. They give the wrong order all together. I pay a bit extra for the sandwich I want, yet they give me a sandwich with different meat and the cost is less to what I've paid. You're lucky if they actually following the request on your online order. Also they don't notify you when the sandwiches are ready, regardless of opting for the notifications. Staff are becoming more and more sub parr. Skipping out on providing chips in your bag and tell you to grab them yourself. They have a pick up order shelf, but withhold it behind the counter. Not sure who runs this branch... But this is getting out of hand.
Had two orders to pick up I waited over 20mins they continued to help other people coming in for later placed pick up orders and walk in customers. Friday 3/7 @ 1pm check the cameras. Not sure why I was the last to be helped when I been in there. Is it because I look young, or I’m brown? Not sure what’s going on at this location but KJ and Paige, check your location and these employees. This experience was NOT okay

And when he was done he just set the sandwich on the counter, no bag, or no sides i ordered. Not a word was said to me. Terrible service.

The employee took my order alterations without batting an eye and made it quickly. He was the only employee there but he managed really well. The food was really good (I enjoyed the wheat bread a lot) and the bathrooms were very clean.

I don’t order from this particular JJ because I have had too many orders just not made properly. This last one made me want to write a review.. I ordered 2 sandwiches and took them home to enjoy with my spouse. Both of our sandwiches had minimal meat in them and the bread was pretty hard. I made more tuna salad at home and added it to my sandwich so I would have enough protein in my meal. I also asked for extra onions and jimmy peppers and got a minimal amount of those as well. I have learned to order from the Woodburn or Tigard locations instead of this one and I would suggest doing so if you can.
The fact that I had to add more tuna salad to my sandwich is absolutely embarrassing and a fail on their part. I’m just disappointed tbh.
