This was our first visit to the Santa Fe. We were not disappointed, and will be back! Our server was Edgar, who is over-the-top, friendly, attentive, and explains several of the menu choices for us. He should be highly praised. The drinks were flavorful and went down good. The tableside guacamole service was prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients and the appropriate seasoning. This used to be a boring Italian restaurant that was awful. T O D A Y it's a hopping fiesta for all of your senses. The Staff is young and high energy. The Drinks are beautiful and often served in bright illuminated glasses. If it's your Birthday, the staff sings and will provide you with a "Treasure Chest" that sparkles like a night sky. Ambient music is delightful and delicious, just like the food. If you're into a restaurant/cantina with a nightclub feel . Let the Fiesta begin!
