Got there at 5:00 p.m. today. Waited 10 minutes for just a glass of water. Margarita basically no booze in it, 20dollar Burger was dinky, customer service was non-existent. Wasn't busy either kept on getting walked past multiple times by my waitress and ignored. Didn't leave a tip and definitely not getting return business from me. The reason I give two stars is cuz the red robin seasoning blend on the french fries is okay

Horrible experience. My wife and young children waited in the lobby of this “restaurant” to be acknowledged by staff for over 20 minutes. After going back to the kitchen area to ask if anyone could help she was repeatedly told “someone’s up there, I don’t know what to tell you” and when my wife became rightfully frustrated with this response they kicked my family out. This is disgusting. I have since tried to call management at the location only to have them duck my calls. I will be contacting district management regarding this incident. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Tried to go for a family outing. No one up front as host. My daughter went to find someone and they said there was a host standing up there. My daughter returned and there is a line of people out the door waiting to be seated. They then followed her to the bathroom when she went to get water for a baby bottle for her child and they called her a liar and kicked us out. I will NEVER return to this location and will recommend friends and family to do the same.

Went to this location to celebrate a Birthday. They completely forgot to put our food ticket in and we had to wait over an hour to receive our food which included two salads which should be pretty easy to make and doesn’t require much/any cooking. Manager hid in his office instead of doing his job and speaking with the customers. Had to ask the waitress to bring him out to talk to us.

Our server was great, her name was DRU. She made sure nothing was in my meal that could harm me in reguard to me issues. She even spoke to chief to make sure. I appreciated that so much. Thank you DRU!!

Our meals were perfect and we much enjoyed our time at this Red Robin restaurant.

We just ate a Red Robin in Wilsonville for the first time. The A1 and the Bacon Blue burgers were very delicious. Our server Jake was top notch and delivered excellent service. We have a great time. I prayed to God for a great sever and He provided!

We came here after being ignored at a Biscuits and had a great experience! We came in about 30 minutes after they opened. When we walked in, the lady at the front greeted us and asked how we were and sat us quickly. She turned out to our waitress as well, her name was Dru. She was so sweet and patient while we figured out what we wanted to get our two year old, helped clean a small spill of his milk and was just all in all the sweetest lady! We are glad we came here instead of anywhere else because it was a great experience! Thank you Dru 😊

The lady Sophie was completely disrespectful to my family over a tip. She was saying if were tipping in cash. When we said no she went off on us in front of the kids. Saying we shouldn’t come back unless we tip her. Completely rude we would never come back. Because of Sophie.

Hello, I made a reservation for 8 people and when we got there a bit early like 10-15 minutes. And the table wasn't even ready and. There was basically nobody was there. We got seated at 5pm right on time. But then at the end when we paid dinner. We're about to leave she stopped my family member and told them what was wrong with her service. There was nothing wrong. But the lady Sophie was disrespectful for saying it in front the kids. She was saying how she serves us for 3 hours which i call immediately BS and she only serves us for hour and a half. Idk why she's lying and saying 3 hours. She was complaining/yelling about a tip. It was a choice to tip or not. idk why she's mad. If mad over a tip then get a new job. NEVER NEVER COMING AGAIN CUS OF HER.
DONT ALWAYS EXPECT A TIP FROM EVERYONE SOPHIE.

My family and i went for dinner around 4:40 waitress stop us as we were leaving because we did not tip her asking if we were leaving cash for the tip which we said no she got upset and said we were not welcome so maybe managment should explain tips are not mandatory
