Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Love getting lettuce wrap burgers. Wish the cooks would become expert at wrapping them in foil. The Gluten free buns are not the best.

It's a burger joint, at least it delivered on that, but our server asked if we were ready to order literally 2 seconds after we were seated, did not offer any bottomless refills, moved like a turtle, and for some reason we had to wait longer for our food than the tables around us.

They have the worst onion rings. They are always hard, but their burgers are good.
And they're donuts, take it very hard if you don't eat them fresh

Waited at the counter to be steated. No one ever showed up to seat us. Serval servers saw us and plenty of open tables. We gave up and left.

had an order that was completely wrong and when i tried talking to April she told me that it was right and that i was wrong and then started cussing at me in front of my daughter. i will never be eating here again thanks to her and only her. the only bright spot tonight was the host Anikah, she thankfully got everything fixed for me and was a superstar once i was done dealing with April

I went to the Red Robin in wilsonvile and had good food then I left… I totally forgot my lululemon crossbody and was so sad that I had lost it. I called and they said that they would keep an eye out for it but no promises… then I got a call back from April, she said that she found my crossbody. I was so happy and grateful that she had found it and gave it back. Thank you so much April for saving my bag! 😊

Windsor for my wife's birthday. In the beginning it started out great. So helpful staff but then never heard back from anybody for refills of soda or fries. It was crazy. They just kept walking by without acknowledging us. I would yell for somebody but they would act like they don't hear you

My friends waitresswas very disrespectful to him and his girlfriend. And now I feel like I don't even want to go there in case I get this female as my waiter. I am very disappointed in the staff. Normally they are very respectful and sweet but not 10/27/24 @5:15pm.

I recently ordered a take out salad and small onion ring. I ordered through RR app and was instructed to pick up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:28. At 7:40, I asked another waiting customer if he had been helped. He stated he'd been waiting for 10 min, before I arrived and was told his order would be ready in 10 min. So it was now 20 min for him and 10 for me without any acknowledgement from staff! The other gentleman headed toward the kitchen to inquire and was met by a jerk who postured a chest bump and threatened to "take it outside!" Apparently HE was supposed to be hosting but was overwhelmed!!
So leave customers standing at the front door?? A number of people came and left because no one came to seat them.
I finally received my food at 8:00, 1/2 hour after promised...cold onion rings, wilted salad and wrong dressing. I would have left, but I had paid for my meal ahead on-line.
Not so much as an apology from anyone! I even asked for the manager and was told she was busy!
Too bad, Wilsonville needs good restaurants. But if this keeps up, this will soon be another empty building!!
