I occasionally stop by this store. Great personnel and good variety of foods to choose from.
I visited Babushka not too long ago, got their muraveynik cakes. They had 2 different options and I got both to try. Absolutely tasteless, no filling…
For school project what if I buy the place how much would it cost?
Nothing in English here
They have a great selection.
Very goo
So many fantastic treats here! My personal favorite are their chocolate sweet potato!

Horrible Prague cake. I used to buy a Praga cake and it was an excellent cake that I loved very much. But the penultimate time it was not a cake but horror. The bottom cake just crumbles into clumps of flour and it was a birthday party. I was just so angry and offensive that I thought I’d complain to the Food Administration. Yesterday I bought the bottom cake, which is also so oaky and it doesn’t even compare to the cake I once bought. I'm disappointed and don't want to go to this store anymore.
Great euro food/drink/ice cream lots of choices of cake also hope they get thier cafe back and running or maybe at different location? Thier cafe was the best

The quietest experience ever, woman who worked there didn't even greet me or ask if I needed anything.

A store with a large assortment of confectionery. I like their Bell Cake (available in small portions, medium and large for special occasions)

I’ve been to at least 20 different Russian delis along the West Coast and this one was probably the worst I’ve been to.
For starters, there is an entire wall dedicated to expired goods; but these are not just things nearing expiration or recently expired — but things that have been expired for YEARS
Even among the normal selection of allegedly unexpired goods, I found things like Milka chocolate which was expiring in just five days. Shouldn’t this be on the rack with the other stuff?
There were no pastries or warm food baked, so I will not comment on that since I couldn’t try it. But perhaps the strangest experience here was when we inquired about some tea behind the counter and the clerk just aggressively threw them on the table, as if we were inconveniencing her by shopping, and then frantically put them back on the shelf while we were in the middle of comparing them?
The whole thing was just bizarre.
In any case, I know we all have bad days, and sometimes situations can be misinterpreted, so I’ll give this place a second chance the next time I’m in the Portland area but my first impression was not good.
On the plus side, the selection of frozen pelmeni was very nice. The selection of imported goods in general is acceptable. Lots of juices and waters. Lots of teas. Lots of candies.
There were minimally some cakes and macaroons available, but they were remarkably expensive.
