Deceptive business practice. I drove through and ordered a combo. They asked if I wanted "medium or large". Assuming those were the only options I said "medium". When paying I was charged more than the advertised price. I asked why and they said "because you ordered a medium". When I asked why I was not offered the regular, I was told this is how management instructed the employees to respond to the requested order. I told them that was pretty deceptive, and they shrugged.Update: Dear owner, admitting improvements are needed would imply that the complaint was based on cleanliness, or friendliness. My complaint is regarding deceptiveness. I assume you are an adult, as such, you should know better than to instruct your employees to deceive your customers as a condition of their employment.

Burgers were premade and simply microwaved when we ordered. Were messy, tasted warmed-over, and not up to normal standards. Had no grilled flavor whatsoever.

Ana was very helpful this morning. I stopped by because I wanted to treat my employees with breakfast burritos . She suggested I get some of every burrito you guys have on the menu. $80 well spent! Will be stopping by again!!

Most of these places are probably fine, but I went to the drive-thru and was the only car for about 8 minutes. I ordered a diet coke and small chicken nuggets. No other customers yet I must have sat there waiting for almost 16 minutes! No apologies for the unnecessary wait either. Glad I didn't order a burger n fries I'd have to turn off the engine!

Fried zucchini was burning our mouths.... 3 piece hand breaded chicken tenders COLD, RUBBERERY, double sourdough burger with cold patties and cheese still waitingto be melted...I see why they refuse to give receipts!! And I mean refuse!! So 1 out of 3 was cooked.. and i have NO receipt due to refusal! Will not return.

No greeting at the drive thru, presumably the speaker was broken but there was no sign. I couldn't leave because a long line trapped me in the lane. Got to the window and still no one to greet me to take my order though I could see employees at the register filling orders. I ended up driving away, having wasted 10 minutes of a busy workday without talking to a single employee. Terrible service.
