I was so excited. Well they screwed up and shorted our order. So the grand kids got it and I didn’t even taste it. No we didn’t call. I am sure they would have fixed it, but I wasn’t going to drive back. Sorry I won’t go back.

Long wait at 11:20 despite being drive-through/pick up window ONLY! NO LOBBY!

Food was hot, but #1 chicken was undersized compared to most PDX locations. Staff is not well trained yet so did not ask if I wanted to use the app I had open for points/rewards etc in front of them. Did not ask if I wanted any sauces etc. Staff was polite though.

Didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu, was expected to know what we wanted when we pulled up. Than was given our order and was stuck in a car line. Which our milkshakes were already melted when given. Our order was also being passed from cars cause they didn’t know whose was who’s. Also heard managers out back where the drive through line was, bad mouthing employees… it’s unfortunate how there opening is going…

Order my food wasn't busy at all and they couldn't get a simple order correct. The young man who helped me didnt even know how to count back change. I called in to complain about the order and I get a hello....... Then the person on the phone had no idea how to answer a business phone. Apparently you can get hired as a manager and not even know how manage or answer a phone the correct way. I hope the owner gets people in his restaurant over the age 21 to run his facility or this Chick-fil-A will not be profitable and most likely fail. Poor quality of food and service!

There is no indoor dining and no kids' playground. You order outside or use the drive-through. A bit disappointing. The one in Hillsboro got playground. I feel like they (wood village and Gresham locations, know our area isn't the best and didn't want one with a playground. We still like Chick-fil-A; we're just surprised by the building design.
