I got a burrito the lady attending barely talk like she was not in the mood of working. Burritos had barely any meat on them.

The saddest most empty bowl I have ever received. In addition, if you’d like to see an inside out burrito come to this location. Burrito could not be consumed by hand, completely fell apart. Portions & care of food distribution is not relevant at this Chipotle. Last time I order here. Very disappointed. $15 for a bowl that is 1/3rd full.

Been here a few times now and the customer service is awful. Not a single smile, not a “welcome in”, not a positive or happy face in sight every time. The whole team needs a refresher on customer service. It’s “fast food” I get that. But when I come in and have multiple options to choose from while ordering said food it would be nice to not feel rushed or like a bother to the employees. A smile to customers goes a long way. A cheerful tone of voice goes a long way.

I'm not sure why there are such extreme differences in experiences here, but ever since this location opened, I've had great visits. Portions are always huge and workers are nice and efficient. I've come for lunch and dinner. Agua frescas are great too! This is the only location I'll come to.

This is two orders of 3 tacos - just slop tossed into containers. Called to complain to the manager, and he couldn't care less. This is while I'll never, ever, ever tip in advance at Chipotle. You're a fool if you do.

Super unfriendly staff with poor customer service. Staff seemed to either not know how to interact with people or was rude on purpose. I understand this might not be someone's dream job, but there is no need to be miserable to others.

The food was great, love me some brown rice ? and fajita veggies, yes please!! The Pollo was bomb, and I got to try some brisket too, it's a limited carne dish, so get out there and try some. It has a lil heat to it definitely not spicy.

When I walked in, only two people were working. Only one was helping customers, and the other was working in the kitchen. The line was long. Then, about three more people showed up to help take and make orders. Seems like poor staffing management.

I was just at chipotle where I watched the cook grab food out of a container with gloves on and eat it. Okay, cool, whatever. The problem is that he did it a second time out of a different container with the same gloved hand. Never changed his gloves or washed his hands.
