We have been frequenting this spot for a few years now. Never disappointed with the quality. Our go to is the chicken yakisoba and teriyaki chicken plate. We almost always get the gyoza.Never failed us with freshness and flavor, super filling and value for the price. I can always make 2 meals out of the yakisoba.

Eat at your own risk. We just witnessed the cook kill a rat in the kitchen! No joke. We ordered and were waiting for our food. Heard the staff scream in the kitchen and saw one of the cooks kill a rat by stepping on its head!! They played it off like nothing happened. We asked for a refund and will not be eating here again.

This is a review from my Birthday Dinner with my daughter an my grand kids too. It was a pretty pleasant experience to get my dinner there. We ordered chicken bowls , beef bowl , an one had another dish. We took our time there probably over a hour.. as a family trying to enjoy every minute savoring our dinner. It's my favorite place. Everything went very well. I would recommend this place was clean, an well maintained inside. It was starting to get really busy in just over a hour filling up the entire place. We left around 7:00 pm. Prices were a bit higher now but understandably it was fine.

I wouldn’t go to this specific joy teriyaki restaurant. The staff doesn’t listen and repeats incorrect orders back to you and refuses to correct an incorrect order.

I have been ordering here for a year or so and never have i received beef that was so chewy I could not chew it enough to break it up. It was like steak gum.

Well we used to come here but they are rude on the phone when you try and call in an order. Then tonight she answered didnt say hello just said "hold" then set the phone on the counter and had me sitting there listening to them for over 11 minutes and probably forgot I was even on the phone. So, I hung up and called back and the line is of course busy because its probably still sitting there. This is not good customer service guys. This is garbage.
