I had an amazing Thai chicken and vegetable dish at The Fork – Fairview Food Plaza, and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences. The dish featured large-cut, fresh vegetables and perfectly sliced chicken, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. Stopped here before going to see a certain movie in Gresham to eat as move theaters’ food are generally not so good and expensive. They have plenty of options for vegan such as salad rolls, and meals that can be modified to be vegan-friendly such as removing eggs and certain sauces. I ordered the Pad See Ew. Service was good and with a smile! Food wasn't that great, chicken was dry and the pad Thai wasn't anything special. I wanted to like it more because the people were so nice!
