This is simply a top notch place. Frozen yogurt is always fresh, and it is delicious. Employees are super friendly but at the same time very professional. Prices are just right and there is variety of options when it comes to toppings. If you unsure what to get, order Nutella crape and I guarantee you will be back for more.

Usually when I come here, it's good and I enjoy it very much. I went there today and was really excited because they brought back the strawberry flavor. I was left disappointed. I finished making my bowl and paid and then I tried it and it tasted like either cleaning products or mold and I threw it away because it didn't taste good and I was a little worried for my health. Also it seemed like the toppings weren't fresh and things have been sitting out for a while without care.

We went there 3 times and all three times they failed to make our drinks the way we ordered. Overpriced and not getting what we paid for. How hard is it to add two toppings to a drink? They always miss one... Very disappointed. Will not go there again.

I ordered a crepe and it was missing stuff, had basically no fruit on top at all, and tasted rubbery :( I was very disappointed by the food and on top of it all was the service, the cashiers were laughing and whispering and giving me weird looks the whole time! Not worth almost $10... I honestly don't think I can come here again, every time I've came it's been either burnt or undercooked and missing items and the customer service is just awful. I've never wanted a refund more than I did with this experience but felt too judged to stand up and ask.

Two girls were working the counter. They spent the entire time laughing loudly and falling over each other. (quite literally a couple of times) They were completely indifferent to us as customers. The very worst of “customer service”. The actual product was quite good. A bit expensive, but I suppose no more than usually for this sort of joint.
