Never using the app again. Asked for extra Lettuce and it looks like there's almost zero Lettuce. I asked for extra veggies but they barely did any. They drenched it in oil when I didn't ask for extra. I tipped too but now I know I can only get it in person or they will mess it up. If you see the photo I added, that's what "Alot of Lettuce" gets you in the app. Go in person because I guess these "artists" can't read. You literally cannot see the Lettuce in the photo.There's a lady that works here that gets my order right and actually does it all correctly. Idk who the boy is but he refuses to put anything on the sandwich like he's scared of vegetables or something.

Stood there for five minutes with the worker refilling items but never acknowledge me or said I will be right with you. Just ignored me she had very poor customer service, so we walked out.

The employees are always friendly, and work hard to get to you as quickly as possible, even when their swamped . It's always clean, and they do an amazing job, sandwich or a salad always delicious!

Wish they would stop closing early if you are open until 9:30 that means that you close at 9:30 but I find it dark and empty early all the time

Very slow service, and a long hair was found in my sandwich. Pulling it out ruined my appetite.According to the FDA Food Code, the main goal is to use a hair covering that will hold any dislodged hair in place so it doesn't fall into food or onto equipment… I found today that this requirement was not met.

Meat tasted funny, sandwhich was ice cold after getting it toasted and the prep area was dirty. They only had 2 bread options, i wouldnt recommend ever going to this subway, worse subway ive ever had

My husband and I stopped by to grab a bite to eat on our way out of the store. He went in and ordered two wraps. When we got home with our lunch we noticed that most of the wrap was old dry tortilla. Not only that but both were half the size of their normal wraps. This made it difficult to eat, even after Re-wrapping it. I called the store to let them know and was provided with at least ten excuses as to why this happened. Including the pandemic. I will never go to that store again. Horrible food and customer service.

I grabbed an Italian bmt today for a quick lunch and it was amazing! Better than my fresh sandwhich was a young kid named James. He was very personable and had a great attitude! Glad our office moved into the neighborhood!
