I hope this place reopens and is only temporarily closed for remodel! Because this is one of my neighborhood staples. They have great pizza (including great gluten-free pizza), variety of toppings, solid beer, and great hours for night owls like me. Service has always been on-point and the vibe is casual but upbeat from the rock n roll theme which I love. Also, on theme they are always playing great classic rock when I've gone inDietary restrictions: Great gluten-free pizzaParking: Massive business mall lot, on side and front of building. Never had issues parking.

Always friendly and food has always been great. Ceasar salad is super fresh and side of fried chicken breast is the best I have ever had. Tender & breaded fresh not out of the freezer like all the other places I've tried.

Great pizza, hardly no wait time for food, and friendly service. The bar area has a cool vibe to it even though it wasn't very busy. Good music was playing at a nice sound level as

Sorry it earned a 2. Meal went as follows. Ordered the mac appetizer it came out in cast iron and wood tray so it wouldn't burn the table,,,, waste of time it was cold. barely room temp and the cast iron was cool to the touch.Ordered 2 personal pizzas. Bat Outta Hell, at least it came out warm and the crust was nice. Chicken on it though? 3 pieces of shredded chicken that was very dry but i got 5 candied walnuts per slice of pizza... so that was interesting.2nd pizza was called My Generation. Had 3 pieces of shredded chicken on it in total. flavor was bland as we couldn't tell if it had white sauce or just a lack of red sauce... but at least it was warm i guess. Then there was a show with dinner. Now i get that sometimes customers act a fool. and maybe that's what this was as i didn't see the initial part of it. however a lady was not pleased and while not yelling got a smidge loud. but so did the chubby fake blond bowl cut employee. While I'm not sure what happened i can safely say he needs training in de escalation techniques. Following a customer who is already walking out and repeatedly saying "get out of here bro" and waving your hand at a grown woman is in fact antagonistic, as well as a bad image for you.

Clean your bathrooms and quit using employees to raise your review score. Music is good and the inside looks like a Halloween store.

We ordered for pick up this evening because unfortunately Carlino’s was closed. The pizza was terrible. Bland. Very thin crust. Such a waste of money. I wish we’d gotten Papa Murphy’s. Even Dominos would’ve been a better option. Don’t bother.

My dining experience was completely ruined... I had come in on a trip from out of town, I'm on a long distance trip from Minnesota and I had heard a lot of good things about this establishment from Friends. Not too long after I got my food however, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I got to witness some lady who I can only assume to be a manager demeaning her employee out on the floor. Personally I have experienced this type of embarrassment and I found it infuriating to listen to her tear into him over seemingly small things that should have been handled in the office or something. I felt so bad for the poor guy he looked humiliated. I truly hope this isn't a common occurrence. I don't know if this is just an Oregon thing and maybe I'm just from A different world, but I was absolutely disgusted with how she treated him. In front of customers is not the place to discipline your employees!!! The food was okay but my enjoyment of it was completely ruined and I will never come back.

Hi! Former employee here. Since I know y’all pay closer attention to your reviews than your staff, maybe this will be a more effective way to communicate. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times regarding my new mailing address for you to send my W2 to, so why don’t ya shoot me an email or text to confirm it’s being sent and I’ll remove this review. Also - a friendly reminder that it’s illegal to withhold a former or current employees W2.Update to their response:Thank you for replying finally! I new that a review would be more important to you than the integrity of how you treat your employees. You mention contacting HR- yet did not leave any contact information for them? Interesting. Also - I tried my proliant login and it says it was DELETED/DEACTIVATED. So I guess it “lasts a lifetime” as long as your employer doesn’t retaliate and delete it.Good try on spinning this around to blame me and dodge accountability to protect your own image though. Thanks!
