Got the worst food poisoning of my life here. Had an almond pretzel. I know it was from here bc I was the only one in my party who had Auntie Anne’s and the only one who has food poisoning. Do not recommend!

The thing is today me and my family walked in to this location at 6:30pm and everything was gone no more pretzel were being made staff was like we will not be making more and the other 2 employees in there were already cleaning ?!?!? Like okay??! Why does it say you guys close at 7??? Us thinking we were gonna get a pretzel before leaving the mall- Obviously not :/ you guy's should change you're hours that way people can still get a pretzel and not keeping going in thinking you will be serving till closing

It suppose be small chunks of pizza. not the hole slide with out out cutting it ?

Overall, it was a nice place to get a quick snack, but very tiny inside, there was a line outside, and the customer service was rather slow; not the best.

Exceptionally slow service. Must not be paying their people much because they moved at half the speed of smell.

i went into the one next to the bath&body works. horrible customer service the male seen in the picture was trying to get me to leave the store because he was mopping 1 hour before close. they didn’t have anything to offer and we’re just completely rude

The employees were very nice even while they had a long line. My only complaint would be that my pretzel was slightly burned from the bottom, but the strawberry lemonade made up for it!

Walked in to the location near the Columbia store 45 mins before closing and left without purchasing anything because the staff refused to sell anything except plain pretzels because they had already cleaned everything and was just ready to go home. All I wanted was a garlic and parm pretzel. Quiet quitters at their finest. Go at least 2 hours before they close if you want actual service. 8/28/22.

Pretzels and pretzel nuggets are really good and always fresh...Hot salsa is best....But its always crowded and you need to wait a lot for ur turn to place order...
