I went to this restaurant and it was so nice , the ambience was so welcoming and everyone was smiling . My food was fresh and hot will definitely be coming back here again I ordered 2 bacon king meals and the large fries and the fries were so hot very worth it !!!

They painted Burger King just like the Carls Jr. down the street. It looks absolutely depressing and unapproachable. Black and grey? What is this a funeral home? Make your fast food joints lively and bright. Maybe then will it entice more people to come.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing woman working the counter tonight July 20/2025 around 6:30 PM. After 15 years of coming to this Burger King, this was the first time we’ve truly felt welcomed. She was fast, friendly, and even greeted us with a genuine smile when we walked in—something that’s become way too rare these days.
Customer service like that is hard to come by anymore, and it was such a refreshing reminder that some people still take pride in making others feel seen and appreciated. I really wish I had gotten her name because she absolutely deserves some recognition. Thank you for making our experience a great one!

This place should be shut down. Absolutely the worst customer service specially from their shift leader Javier. I was dining in and saw the shift leader take multiple smoke breaks, come back and serve food without washing his hands completely disgusting.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and 8pc chessy tots and got the burger with No cheese and there were only 5 chessy tots in the bag. Ugh! I was on the freeway and couldn't go back.

They microwave burgers that have sat too long and I don't think I've ever gotten what I've ordered correctly-always have to go back in at least once to get it right!

- today on April 8 ,2024 at 2:28, I went through the drive through and ordered two bacon & cheese whopper Jr and with no onions no pickles and no tomatoes and they decided to not put bacon on my order.Second time they put bacon on my burger and then added onion,tomatoes and pickles when the first time I said NOT too.We pulled up to the drive threw speaker and they are already rushing me to order mind you there was no cars behind me!!! It took them 3 tries to get my food correct.And then me starting to eating my food and there’s a hair in it ????
