This place should be shut down. Absolutely the worst customer service specially from their shift leader Javier. I was dining in and saw the shift leader take multiple smoke breaks, come back and serve food without washing his hands completely disgusting.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and 8pc chessy tots and got the burger with No cheese and there were only 5 chessy tots in the bag. Ugh! I was on the freeway and couldn't go back.

So I'm just gonna say what others are afraid to say. Speak English, people .... My order was NOT correct, infact far from it. It's not that hard. I ordered a #9. Medium. With fries. With coffee. Black . I got a #2. Small. With Onion rings.With a small soda cup. I am sorry. You're still in America.

- today on April 8 ,2024 at 2:28, I went through the drive through and ordered two bacon & cheese whopper Jr and with no onions no pickles and no tomatoes and they decided to not put bacon on my order.Second time they put bacon on my burger and then added onion,tomatoes and pickles when the first time I said NOT too.We pulled up to the drive threw speaker and they are already rushing me to order mind you there was no cars behind me!!! It took them 3 tries to get my food correct.And then me starting to eating my food and there’s a hair in it ????
They trick you with small and regular sizes, they both are literally the same, I even asked and they told me that the small and regular size are the same, never heard of that before but apparently Burger King only got small and large sizes.

So.... there's no easy way of saying this but when i pulled in to get my grub on the worker in the window called me a VIRGIN for playing Pokemon GO infront of my 2 DEAR CHILDREN the worker asked for my sons phone THREW IT IN THE KITCHEN AND GAVE IT BACK. because this took so long already a driver behind me ran into my car a little ways then they worker proceeded to give my food. it didnt end there. Ill start with everything i was MISSING a sweet tea, a fry, and four mozzarella sticks and worst of all my happiness though i was displeased i decided to give my children my food only to find out that the food we had was also terrible. The chicken sandwich leaked a liquid I don't want to know what sprite was flat, the fries were sweet? and my son got sick. Die Burger King
