While at the Aurora Oregon store my wife and I ordered breakfast. They brought us items we didn't even order. We pointed out we didn't order fries so they took them back. We ordered a medium hashbrown. They brought us a two and I thought maybe two was what made up a medium. We began eating them and then they came back and said we were only supposed to receive one and reached over our food and took one back even though we said we had eaten from them. The guy said that was OK. He gave them to a lady handling money who dumped them back in with the hashbrowns ready to be served to other customers.

The people who work here are great! Had a super complicated order that a super fresh trainee helped me with. With some extra help, we got it figured out. They were respectful and patient with me and overall great service. I'm super happy with what I got. Now, I know an easier way to order my complicated burger. Again, respectful and patient. These people are awesome at what they do. Will obviously be coming back!
They never get your order right even when you repeat yourself 3 times when your ordering because they can't listen. Absolutely ridiculous. LISTEN!!!!!!!
