It’s been about 5 min and I’m still drinking straight caramel because they just squeeze the life out of the bottle till their heart is content. Plz we gotta stop squeezing half a bottle of syrup into the drinks AND not mixing correctly. Love the place but it seems like they hire people and don’t even show them small quality of life things that come with the job. Do better is all please. Watery freezes and half a gallon syrup on the bottom of my drink for past 3 times I came.

We went to get a drink like we do every day for the last few years. We knew they were closing early because it was Thanksgiving day. We were in line for about 5 minutes and before it was 12pm which it was the time they were closing, they came and told us that they had to break the line because they were closing early. They told that to 3 cars before us and 3 after us. I would totally understand if we got there right at 12 and they put the sign behind the last car but they were not nice about it, and you would think that as a business they take the last order at noon. That was 5 minutes before, so I thought I would be very smart and go to the window and make my order there. Well, the girl at the window was not any nicer. She said we have to get ready to close since we’re closing early. I still thought I could order since we still had at least two minutes before noon. The girl told me “ no, we have to get ready to close for the day” well I know Know they did have to close but you would think that a business takes the last order at noon right? I understand that it was thanksgiving day and that they had to close but wouldn’t it be nice to take the last order at the time you close? I’m an everyday loyal Customer and was trying to rush there to make it before noon to make my order. I just think that they were not even nice about it. It’s sad 😢

would give 0 stars if i could… and this is so sad because dutch it’s my go to especially this location i stop by here nearly every morning on my way to work. tonight i stopped to get a drink on my way home and i just found a piece of someone’s acrylic nail in my drink. that is so disgusting 🤮 pls be better dutch.

Terrible location. They charged my wife twice for the same order. Said her card was declined and that the first charge would not go through so she paid with a different card. That was a lie. The order posted twice and now I have to take time out of my day to get this resolved.

Dutch Bros never disappoints, and their smoothies are absolutely fantastic! Whether you're in the mood for a refreshing fruit blend or something a little more indulgent, they’ve got it all. The smoothies are perfectly blended, not too sweet but just the right balance of flavors, and they’re always served cold and refreshing.
The staff is always upbeat and friendly, making each visit a positive experience. If you’re a smoothie lover, Dutch Bros is definitely the place to be. I can’t recommend their smoothies enough—definitely worth the stop!
