Not the best anymore. The last 3x I went to this location I received the wrong drink. They made it iced, where I said hot. They didn't add flavor when I paid for it. They made it with white coffee when I said white chocolate mocha. Not a big issue really, but when every member of the team ignores you, doesn't act friendly, and they are all new to me members of the team. Something else is happening at this location. Be wary, go somewhere else.
Love this place! Very nice workers. I stopped by a few days ago, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the barista. I had ordered 1 drink and they thought I was asking for 2. I said only 1, but when I got to the window, I was given 2 drinks. I explained to them that I only ordered 1, and they told me I could keep it, and that I wouldn't have to pay for it. THAT indeed is great customer service! Also, I was not aware that I could get almond milk instead of regular...
Drive thru, friendly staff even Jake my American bulldog like the service or maybe it is the treats. I having big problems with the app. I can't seem to get any held. Just handed a website.
