This one I keep close to my heart. The best mole I’ve ever eaten (besides El Cardenal in Mexico DF). I recommend the enmoladas. Incredible. We have dinner here when we go to the outlet mall nearby. Helpful if you speak Spanish but everyone speaks English too. They also prefer cash but cards are accepted. On my quest to find truly authentic Mexican food in the Pacific Northwest, I stopped by El Tule Taqueria—and it absolutely delivered! The flavors were bold, fresh, and packed with that homemade feel that’s hard to come by.
One standout? The Mexican pizza—crispy, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned. It was unlike anything I’ve had before and seriously addictive. The staff was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and you can tell they take pride in their food.

They don't ask for tips right away until you're done with your food like it should be. Simple humble authentic Mexican food and especially the tacos with handmade tortillas its where it's at. The only reason I rate a 4, is because my wife didn't like the pupusas because she said they're not authentic enough.
