i like the food, my issue isn't with that at all. i made the review 1 star so there's a better chance someone "higher up" sees this; the self serve drink machine at this location REALLY needs to be fixed. i think the problem is that the screen protector is too far from the actual screen, or something along those lines, because it was very difficult to press the buttons and we had to press on the screen really hard for it to do anything and my dad was the only person who could get it far enough to get it on sprite but then my brother and i couldn't press hard enough so we just ended up getting sprite too. this is really inconvenient and honestly a waste of this location's energy bill, as i know for a fact those drink machines can run up the bill pretty high. so for your sake and the customer's, please take care of this issue. luckily i was just stopping here on a road trip and will not be frequenting this location, but i imagine anyone who lives where this is the closest location gets frustrated with this as well.

Jack in the box is definitely one of my top fast joints with the only thing holding it back being its unlucky trend of having an unenthusiastic or shorthanded crew. This one is an exception, and I will happily spend my money here.

Something about their grease tacos fix an upset stomach of if you are not feeling well/sick. They work like magic.

Absolutely disgusting. Curly fries, straight cut fries, and onion rings all served cold. Took em up to counter to get fresh ones and I'm given an attitude like it's my fault they're cold. Both burgers were Luke warm at best. Chicken nuggets and chimmichanga were the only 2 things hot and fresh. Truly disappointed after spending 45 bucks.

My gf loves the tacos, so I always order 4 of them for her. Got home with the food for everyone, and there was only 2 tacos. Checked the receipt, and it shows I should have gotten 4. Getting tired of paying for food I don't get. If the employees can't count to 4, there's a real problem. Then to top things off, the tacos were burnt. I've never been so disappointed in a jack in the box, ever.
