New to town and we've been looking for a really good Mexican restaurant. Tried out several, but was not very satisfied with quality of food and meat portions. Jaimex offers both high quality ingredients and generous portions. We were very happy with the flavors, too. Very good pozole and hard tacos. We also had the tripas and lengua tacos. Can't wait to try more.

Have been coming here for a few years now. The owners are super nice and inviting. The staff taking the orders are always so nice and helpful! I enjoy their chilaquiles rojos and the hand made tortilla for the quesadillas de flor de calabaza. If your looking for authentic food I strongly recommended you try them out!!!

Best popusas I’ve had in Oregon ..authentic and fresh, salsa and curtido were tasty and fresh as well. Friendly staff and clean. Will definitely recommend and come back. A friend had recommended this place and was skeptical but wish I had came sooner.
