The food was absolutely delicious — every dish tasted fresh and full of flavor. The ceviche was perfectly seasoned, the shrimp tacos were packed with juicy, tender shrimp, and the aguachile had just the right amount of spice to wake up your taste buds. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into each plate.
Oh my goodness! My son and I ordered your amazing and delicious fish tacos earlier today to take home and they were exceptional and we highly recommend Las Islas in Woodburn. We also got a side of refried beans which was so delicious! If there was a way we could give you 10 stars, we would! Thank you!
First impression was that it was just a typical Mexican restaurant specializing in seafood, I couldn’t have been more wrong; there was nothing typical about it! As it was my first visit, I chose to evaluate it based on my standard order for the typical Mexican restaurant: side of guacamole as an appetizer and combination fajitas for an entrée.
