Steamed corn in a cup layered with mayo, cheese, tajin, and Valentina hot sauce.
Tostilocos
Made with tortilla chips tostilocos, pork skins, chopped cucumber, jicama, mango, japonicas (Japanese peanuts), 1-3 tamarindo candies, valentina hot sauce, chamoy sauce, and tajin chile powder.
Chicharron Preparado
Chicharron is made with the large rectangular fried chicharron de harina (flour), which is then topped with chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cotija cheese, sliced avocados, curios (pickled pork rind slices), and hot sauce.
Raspados Naturales
Natural fruit raspados. We have many flavors including coconut, strawberry, pineapple, tamarin, mango, and guava.
Fresas Con Crema
Sliced strawberries mixed with our sweet cream and topped with whip cream.
Mangoneada
Blended frozen mango topped with fresh mango, tamarin candies, chamoy, tajin, and Valentina hot sauce.
Pina Loca
Crazy pineapple, has jicama, mango, watermelon, cucumber, and pineapple (of course), all combined and put back into the pineapple bowl. Toped chamoy, tajin, Valentina hot sauce, and candies.
Sandia Loca
A.K.A crazy watermelon. It is a traditional Mexican dish that is a party for the eyes and the mouth. A hollowed-out watermelon is filled with mango, watermelon, jicama, cucumber, and candy, drizzled with chamoy sauce, sprinkled with tajín, and then decorated with more candies.
Cheeto Esquites

Dorilocos

Mango En Vaso
Sliced mango topped with chamoy, tajin chile powder, and Valentina hot sauce. Served in a cup with a tamarind candy straw (Bandera).
Fruta En Vaso
Sliced fruit topped with chamoy, tajin chile powder, and Valentina hot sauce. Served in a cup.
Pepinos Locos
Cucumber hallowed out filled with mango, jicama, Japanese peanuts, cucumber, and burros (straw chips). Topped with Valentina hot sauce, tajin chile powder, and chamoy.
Elote Preparado
Corn on a cob topped with mayo, cotija cheese, Valentina hot sauce, and tajin chile powder.
Diablito
Similar to our raspados. Three flavors mango, pineapple, or tamarin. This layered raspado has Valentina hot sauce, chamoy, tajin chile powder, orange juice, and lime juice. Comes with a slice of mango, jicama, and orange and a tamarind candy straw.
Bionico
Our version of a fruit parfait. Made with papaya, strawberries, bananas, green apples, and low-fat yogurt. Topped with granola and coconut shavings.

Went out to find something late, found this place and it was 4 min from my house so I was excited to try it out. Place appears to have a lot of late night customers. Food was so so though, a few tacos had probably a tablespoon worth of meat in it though and by the time I got back home the tacos had cooled down too much so kids were wanting to heat them on the grill. I expected them to be super hot since we were so close to home. We were all still hungry so ended up making some...

OHHHH MYYYY, FANTASTIC!!! Absolutely in love with this food truck! Ordered the Quesabirria, pastor taco pollo taco asada taco plate, and chicken quesadilla. I dipped everything in the birria sauce.

Everything was wonderful! All of our food came to $49 worth every dollar! Don't forget to tip ... the service was quick and staff was pleasant.

We stopped by this food truck on our way back to Portland from Silver Falls State Park. Let me tell you this place did not disappoint! Simple menu of tacos, birria, quesadillas and burritos with a few select drinks of horchata and agua de Jamaica. They serve tacos with double tortillas!! Affordable and fresh food on the spot!! Great service too.
