Could you please teach employee's the difference between sugar and cream. I order sugar in my coffee every time and get cream. The employee always acts like I'm a jerk for handing it back and asking for sugar.

It's Mcdonalds lol. This particular location has a curb side employee who forgets at least on item every time. Once it was an entire meal, the last 2 times it was the drinks. I don't expect perfection but goodness gracious. Check the order before you go out to the car.

I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's on Newberg highway Woodburn Oregon. It was 11:00 a.m. . Should be when lunch is coming out nice and fresh. My hamburger was what I called dead meat it was even crispy around the edges needless to say I ate about a quarter of the hamburger because I was hungry it didn't want to go back through the drive-thru I have a feeling I wouldn't have gotten any better of food so this hamburger had to been on the grill for some time meaning they were preparing for a lunch rush but apparently they overprepared and nasty french fries were undercooked as usual but to make it even worse they were cold. This location has a serious problem with undercooked french fries they need to add another minute to the fries 30 seconds at the least to get the proper french fry. I was restaurant manager most of my life and I understand food cost I understand labor. You do great on pulling it through you get everybody in and out of that drive-thru pretty darn good the food is less than satisfactory. I usually Go to the Burger King next door their food is excellent.their drive-through service is terrible. I was in a hurry so I decided to go ahead and try McDonald's again. Such a disappointment waste of money waste of my time I should have went through Burger King and sat there for 20 minutes at least I would have got something good to eat. I just don't understand how the meat was dead at 11:00 a.m. . If it was my restaurant I wouldn't have it. The French fry situation has been ongoing so it's not one employee it's somebody trying to get the fries out the window too fast when it affects the quality of the food you're wasting your time.
This is the worst McDonald's you'll ever go to. If it wasn't for the fact that it's just a block away from my work I would never go back. My last 4 orders have been wrong! I've spoken with the floor manager a couple of times, the little guy with the blond hair and he gives me nothing but excuses as to why they can't do it right. I use the phone app and it does a great job spelling out what I want and I have no problem with the same order at a number of other stores, so why this one?
