The customer service at this business has gotten so much worse! I was trying to order a cake and they told me to call back in 5 minutes. The lady on the phone promised me that she would take care of me once she finished helping another customer. I called several times after 5 minutes, but no one answered. It's incredibly frustrating when they promise you assistance and then completely ignore you. I'm really disappointed with how poorly they handled this and I won't be going back. Excellent bakery, too much to choose from. Quick stop in while we were driving by and the patrons were helpful in choosing what to get. Grab a tray and tongs and get one of everything! The prices are sooo reasonable.

I called to ask about pricing and the woman's attitude was awful. I asked simple questions and she acted like she was doing me a favor and had an attitude throughout the call. Zero customer service skills, OWNER.. do better and train your people better. I hung up and will take my business elsewhere. No wonder so many have said the service her has gone downhill recently.

I bought a cake once and the treatment they give you is horrible, I was on the verge of not buying anything the reason I did it was because I couldn't get a cake anywhere else for the event I had, I called thousands of times to order and they only left me waiting for almost 30 minutes and it took me two days to order a cake, they only spoke to you rudely because the lady only said “well, I can't help you, I have a line” because I told her that it was the fifth time who was calling yes please I could take my order and I had been calling since Tuesday and they took my order on Thursday (because I was waiting for them to take my order), and when they finally attended to me because I was angry that they didn't take the order because it was already the sixth time that The lady called was upset because she said she had a line to collect, the last time I called she passed me to the owner to take my order and I listened to what she said before taking the call (I guess she forgot to put the phone on mute) manner rude on the phone; They left me waiting, but in the end I took the order, on another occasion I wanted to order another cake and the same thing happened, the lady told me to contact the owner so that I could take my order and listen on the phone before she took the call " I don't know what they're calling for since we're leaving” when I heard that; I just hung up the call. They are not able to take a call because they are busy all the time during the day and you make multiple calls until they finally can make it and they say that? Simply put, if the service is horrible, they don't know how to treat customers.
I’m an auto glass technician for the PNW I did Miranda’s brothers Tacoma windshield, after the service I got handed a stuffed roll and a can of soda they treat you like family very personable and overall just a great place to get food at aswell 10/10 I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick treat or to try something new!
