The service at Puzza Hut Woodburn is extremely poor. The staff taking your order is in a hurry wanting you to just give your order. Why bother to work in an enviroment ofvthus sorts if you don't have any people skills.
I was there this afternoon, placed my order, then loadshedding started. I was told to leave my details so that my order could be delivered at 5pm. At 7pm I contacted them only to be informed that they sent the driver home and that my delivery will take place on Monday.
I was told that the lights had just come on at 7pm.
Loadshedding was from 2pm-4pm
A very disgusted customer.
Loadshedding and you don't have a backup system.
You should just keep your doors closed.

Ordered through the app. Order came out wrong (three typing pizza, but it lost one of my toppings.). Discussed the issue with the person at the window, who said they would remake it the way I wanted it. Offered to buy the incorrect pizza as well, so they would have the waste. Cashier gave me the new total, and I paid it. Waited for them to remake it, and when I went back through to pick it up, they only have me the new pizza. I asked about the other one, and the cashier got the manager. I was told that I only paid for one pizza ($23??). I told her what happened, and she said they didn't have access to the online pricing, so that's the price for the one pizza. She was very abrupt and rude. I very much doubt I'll be going there again.

As this was a delivery, I cannot grade Atmosphere. However, the 5 pizzas I ordered for a party were great. Ordering online was easy, finding a great deal that met 2 of my pizzas, delivery was on time and the pizzas were hot. Everyone loved the pizzas and devoured them. ;-)

Pizza Hut the food is good no doubt The service was horrible I called my order in and they got it wrong still and then they wanted me to wait for them to redo the order I had already waited 30 minutes for the first order I was not going to sit and wait again the person who makes the pizza did not look at the order correctly so they got it wrong I was highly upset because I was having hosting a play date with children and my grandchildren and that was their dinner pizza
