After shopping here since 1966, did not go to Walmart so I can continue to support them! Been going in because they respected shoppers with medical issues that cannot wear mask. I'm doing the shopping for several folks who don't or cannot do it themselves! I was turned away this week because they stated they will no longer honor medical conditions. Well Bye, Bye you lost my business and the stores that honor those with medical exemptions will have all my business, plus those I shop for from here forth.

New asst manager is great! Helpful friendly knows her job. After reading other post from 2 yrs ago, I agree with them all! But i do believe they have improved lately. I will admit they let the check out lines get too long. I refuse to use self check. I don’t work for Safeway!

One of the worst Safeway bakeries... sad selection of donuts never have any sprinkle donuts and when they do they skimp on them like they're worth diamonds. All other Safeway's are GREAT! Never had issues but this one I always check since I pick up my prescription here weekly for a few years now.

I simply do not recommend these people simply because they were extremely unprofessional and rude and absolutely completely not understanding I will never be using Safeway Woodburn Pharmacy ever again. also not to mention I've been with this Pharmacy my whole childhood and now I'm 25 I cannot believe the disrespect that these people do to their customers

I don't recommend their Pharmacy because you use the same place for 30+ years you would think they would try to act right and act like they care, NEWSFLASH they don't I'm pretty sure since this EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME RHIS MORNING is they do things OUT IF SPITE, I would not have people like that working for me because my opinion from today I was so infuriated that it almost came down to ONE OF THEM AND ME BOTH ENDING UP AT COUNTY

This a complaint about the Woodburn Oregon Pharmacy. I was just in today to pick up several prescriptions that I have filled at this location every month, until now. This will be the last time I fill anything at this location. I have some scripts that are via your pharmacy and some that my insurance requires me to have filled via express scripts. One of those at express script is a Vit B injectable. No worries, I have been buying the needles for this script for over 2 years

This store has gotten worse over the years. Terrible customer service. My biggest complaint of all, products do not ring up as they should. I try to call them out on it when I can. Hard to do when you have little kids. I feel they are taking advantage of people. When I do mention things not ringing up correctly, even taking pictures of what the sale ad says, they still argue. I've had so many bad experiences here that I am finally done shopping here. DONE. Safeway, you have lost my business.

We recently were searching for a Tie Dye themed cake with no luck but I went into Woodburn Safeway with a general picture and idea for how we would like other cake to look and the older cake decorator was amazing! She really cared about making the best Tie Dye cake for our daughter's 6th Birthday. Her birthday also fell on Mother's Day which is a busy holiday for them, yet she still went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much (didn't catch her name)! We will definitely be getting our cakes made by you from now on!
� Sadly I just went thru Sandi's line without a “hello or did you find everything you were looking for or a please or good bye or thank you.†I really couldn't believe it. Such horrible service from a seasoned employee. As a side note..She called someone from produce for my carry out (she didn't offer I had to ask) and they never came. I eventually flagged down a kid to help me to my car. The whole time she was ringing me up she was talking to the other checker about purple boots and seemed friendly enough with her, just not me. The customer.

I would suggest doing everything you possibly can to shop for your groceries before you get stuck having no choice but to go to Safeway in Woodburn. I have never seen such long lines and such an apathetic response too frustrated customers with their carts. I cannot wait for the day when a new grocery store comes to town. In the meantime, unless you've got an hour to kill or at least 20 minutes to stand in line, find somewhere else to shop in Woodburn!
