I wish they would hire more people, a lack of staff can be the only explanation for why the drive thru takes 40 min. If you have absolutely nowhere else to be for the day, then go ahead and get in line.

If I could put a zero, I would. The service is horrible; my drink is made incorrectly 95% of the time. Customer service is unacceptable. We should have some kind of human decency towards people, and the customer service received here was horrible. Retraining personnel is in order by the company. If you want coffee made right and hot, go somewhere else.

Was having a crummy Yesterday, so I asked for lite ice, got ice up to the brim. Paid $8 for 3 gulps of matcha from a venti. Tried to redeem this place and my morning today by ordering a hot Chai latte with salted caramel cold foam... paid $6 & got a plain hot water with cold foam. This location is officially ruined. Going back to supporting local shops that care for your business 😑
