Went in to watch football with some friends, and when the bartender checked our IDs she took them to the back and left us waiting for a long time. All of us were of age and were told she couldn’t accept our IDs, due to a holographic feature on one of them. All 4 had that feature.

Was denied service because they didn't like how my ID looked, this is the first time I've ever been denied service for the way I looked in my ID at any bar. I do not recommend cloning here the service is terrible and the bar tender was extremely rude.

Came in with 3 of my friends to watch a football game. The bartender took all four of our ID’s for over 10 minutes without saying a word to us. She went to a back room and was sitting in a chair scanning them with a UV light, and after making us stand around and wait with no idea what was going on, returned and denied us service. She told us that one of our ID’s was fake and we all had to leave. We are all 24 years old and have never been denied service before. I understand restaurants reserve the right to deny service, but wasting all our time just to be wrongfully accused of having a fake is disappointing.

Very poor service at this location, especially by Sasha. She only provides service and treats the regular customers with respect. Sasha lacks customer service and professionalism.
First off this is the 3rd or 4th time we've had a horrible experience here in last 4 or 5 yrs. We decided to give it a try tonight. Took so long to get service while sitting at the bar. My wife was done with her drink before I got my beer. The beer that was advertised on the front door wasn't a beer they have. Over the 15min I waited for my beer I was looking at the gross fan they haven't cleaned in yrs that was on and on the bar top. That's when I saw the bartender picking her her nose with both thumbs. On the service line. So crazy that someone uses their thumbs to pick their nose. She has long black hair. No need to put her name on here. She went to pouring drinks and we left didnt finish our drinks.
