So glad to see a new restaurant come to Molalla - and one that serves up Mexican food AND chicken wings! What a combination! I ordered the Honey Maple Bacon bone-in wings and a Picadita from Case de Caldo (I love that you can order both wings and Mexican from the same cashier!) along with an agua fresca. We recently tried Wingman and had a good experience. The restaurant was clean and had friendly staff. They have a sign that states their food is made to order and not fast food. We ordered three flavors of bone-in wings and it took about 30 minutes to complete. The spicy buffalo wings were good (and yes, they are spicy), but we felt we should have ordered boneless wings for the other two flavors - garlic Parmesan and maple bacon.
