Yachats Underground Pub & Grub

Great local spot to go for drinks with the locals. Food is typical bar food, not a bad thing. Drinks are fairly priced. Fell in love with the people mostly. Thanks yachats for being so welcoming... we shall be back! ?

i don't venture out much, last few years, however I have had visitors. I Always take them to underground and everything we could imagine is THERE. FUN! totally relaxing! friendly ! Gambling!! Pin ball and pool table. Great burgers! Quality eats for sure. Absolutely free pour on your beverage and you won't be disappointed! I have felt welcome EVERYTIME. Like people KNEW me and visited , laughed. Great jute box . And sometimes LIVE BLUES. such a pleasure to live in Yachats, and join my community , even from the fringes.

Big disappointment. I ordered an Amaretto with a twist of lemon. Whatever she served me was not that. Food, if you could call it that, was the worst bar food ever. The band sorry to say was so bad, we’d rather there be no music. Suggest people to move on to another place.

Can’t say much on the food. Since we never got to eat. I will say the menu online isn’t accurate since they now only have 5 items to choose from. Place looked clean enough but staff was not great. I had to introduce myself to the server/bar attendant since I was basically ignored even though it was obvious they had noticed us all come in, place was fairly empty so it was obvious she wasn’t in the middle of helping someone else. She only actually spoke to us when she noticed a kid walk in with us and told us kids weren’t allowed inside. She said she’d come out to take our orders in a bit but she never came outside. Even after I went back inside to take a picture of the menu since they didn’t have any menus we could look at outside.

A very hidden gem for a home town bar in a busy tourist section

It was a nice little place. They were out of a lot of thing due to the 4th of July, but I enjoyed my experience.

Parking: They have about 5 parking spots.

Would never have expected to have the best Clam Chowder of my life here, but there it is. IPA beer on tap was great, but the Chowder sealed the deal!

The food was perfect after a long day of hiking and driving, the bartender was super friendly and funny and the wait time was very short! Stop by here if you have the time
