Gran Moraine Winery

Alex made this day incredible. Not only was it our friends bday, his mother passed this morning. He still wanted to wine taste and Alex made it incredible. From the personalized caring service to just being a downright great person, this was exactly what was needed. Fantastic wine doesn’t hurt but the personal service was incredible. Thank you Alex and Gran Moraine for the love and attention on a very difficult day.

Today me and my husband visited winery Gran Moraine .By the door we was welcome with warm energy and glass of delicious Rose .Our host Giancarlo made that moment special .He was wonderful, answered all our questions, we are new in wine , specially my husband Dariusz , we could also have a chance to see all production.Tasting was fun and we learn a lot , Giancarlo should receive Gold medal , Winery are so lucky to have him .We enjoyed wine , my favorite was Chardonnay 2021 Yamhill Carlton , we bought a bottle .We wish winery could provide lunch but still we got the best experience.

Alex was outstanding! Customer service was top notch and the wine was delicious. My mom and I had such a great time here to celebrate Mother’s Day. Highly recommend!

Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable, and if you have the opportunity to have Preston as your sommelier, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I live in the Yamhill-Carlton area so there are lots of choices for places to visit and taste wines but Gran Moriane has become our favorite one. We are members there and always look forward to going to pick up our quarterly shipment and catching up on what's new with their wines. Our favorite time to visit is during the week, on slower days when they aren't as busy. On several of these occasions, Tim has been our host and we have learned so much about the different wines and the wine making process from him. He is always eager to answer our questions and recommend wines that we might enjoy. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming and the tasting room is in a beautiful setting. Their wines are definitely next level. They have something for every taste.

Gran Moraine is our favorite winery to visit in the yamhill-Carlton area! They have a wonderful variety of wines for different palates. Beautiful Pinot noirs but sparkling wines are also a favorite. We’ve never not loved a Pinot poured! Besides the delicious wines the other star of the show is the wonderful staff. Preston, Tim, and Alex are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure you are educated about the wines and answer any questions you might have. We never feel rushed and always feel welcome. In a wine industry where you can feel like a number, we always feel like a friend. Thank you Preston for the super fun tasting today! We had a blast!

This was our best wine tasting experience in Willamette Valley for sure. Preston our host was charming, knowledgeable and a great story teller - we left with a total appreciation of the winery and their awesome wines. We loved everything about Gran Moraine and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area - don’t miss it!!!!

The whole experience is fantastic, and why we continue to return. Tim is amazing and is very knowledgeable not only about their wine, but also the effort put into the products used on his charcuterie boards is outstanding. If you are looking for a personalized experience you will be pampered from the moment you walk in the door being greeted with a glass of bubbles all the way to a friendly thank you email after you have long departed, you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough good things about this location and how it is run!

Gran Moraine is fantastic! We are members and have an amazing experience every time we visit.
