We had had the opportunity to enjoy a bottle of Willakenzie that we found in Omaha, Nebraska. We thoroughly enjoyed it, so we decided to go to the Vineyard. The wines that are available from the vineyard are even more exceptional than the one that is distributed in Omaha. (Probably not a surprise 😆) We absolutely loved our experience! The tasting room is very beautiful, but we understand they are going to renovate it and add more food service. So we’ll have to come back and check that out! We were excited to buy wines and ship them home.

Off the beaten track winery that is worth the extra 10 minutes to get to. Fantastic single vineyard Pinots served in an elegant tasting room with glass walls (or on the patio ) to see the vineyards. They have longhorn steers on the estate, so bonus points for visiting with them on the drive in.

Although now a corporate holding the service was great along with the unique nature of the location. One of the ‘fancier’ locations but with a matching price point.

The beautiful new tasting room pairs perfectly with some of Willamette Valley's best vino!!

WillaKenzie had the widest range of pinots tasting profiles on our visit to the Newburg/Dundee area. We thoroughly enjoyed the $75 elevated experience (highly recommended). The included charcuterie board was high end with a wide variety of high quality food paring options which was a lot of fun. Our hostess was generous, entertaining with great depth of knowledge per pour. This was the last winery of our visit, and turned out to be the best overall pinot experience for us !

Excellent wine in a beautiful setting. If you are lucky, you can't help but notice the longhorns that periodically come into view as you drive up toward the Willakenzie Vineyards tasting room. Extraordinary service! Ask your server if the wine tasting fees is absolved with purchase. I was lucky enough to go with a friend who belongs to their wine club...ahh no fee for me..hee hee.Seriously folks, it is a good, if not a great way to waste away a portion of your day, tasting and purchasing wine at Willakenzie. Check out a few other Willamette Valley wineries nearby and don't forget...bring a designated driver!
