“We stopped here after dinner while on vacation in Pittsburgh and loved it so much we went back a couple days later! Staff is super friendly, the store is super clean, portions are huge and the value is great. I can't recommend Pittsburgh Potholes enough, it's so tasty! The only downside of Scoops in Bloomfield is that there's limited indoor seating - it gets crowded easily so keep this in mind if you plan to dine in during peak times.“

Stepped inside and I was warmly greeted and pleasantly surprised to see authentic mouth watering and tasty Asian pastries with just the right amount of sweetness without gobs of sugar. Left with several items and will definitely return. Also, I’m a huge fan of bubble tea but I missed that on my first trip.“

“Best biscotti I’ve ever had, so packed with flavor and reminded me of an amaretti cookie but had a delightful chewy texture. The service was also excellent, the woman at the counter was so lovely and kind, she went the extra mile and even brought us out a free coffee to have with our biscotti. Great experience I’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends.“

“I visited this Prantl’s location for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. The Cut Out Oreo cookie was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. They were also running a buy one, get one free promotion, which was a great bonus. It is a well-run establishment that delivers a high-quality product.“

“We purchased a school bus themed cake for my mom’s retirement (she’s a bus driver). The cake was beautiful and delicious! I spoke with Tara and she was very helpful. When my husband picked up the cake they helped him out the door and to the car as he had a baby in tow. Amazing service! I will be purchasing from here again!“

They have many different types of ice cream and they always give you way more ice cream then you pay for. The service is great and they are very patient when you are picking your flavor and toppings. “Finally tried the famous Burnt Almond Cake from Prantl! They have a bunch of different treats, their almond croissants and cookies have been great, but I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the Almond cake.

The toasted outside was the best part, but the frosting was really sweet and the cream in the middle had no flavor. The cake itself was light and fluffy which was the better part. Also tried the raspberry version, which I would not really recommend if you don’t like fake fruit flavoring, original is the one to try. Overall I still love a lot of their pastries and they’re very consistent, just don’t need to get the almond cake again.“

Yes, their prices are a bit higher compared to other stores, but the quality is also top-notch. I really like the ice cream from this store. Even all the employees are very nice.“
