“The owner is obnoxious and rude to employees (especially people of color) openly on top of him supposedly having little to no background in food despite still insisting he alone come up with the cafe's bland recipes himself. Employees themselves are very pleasant. From the utterly bare bones and uninspired interior decor which hardly makes anyone want to sit in and eat, making it a poor cafe on a basic level, to the straight forward, visually boring menus and equally dull tasting food, I'd hesitate to recommend any Zekraft location or their food to anyone, let alone this one. Consider looking elsewhere for a good cafe.“

“I just had the best experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We’ve eaten here multiple times and the food and smoothies have always been delicious. Today I bought my smoothie drove away and dropped my smoothie in my car. I came back to buy a new smoothie since I only got one sip and the manager was so sweet and replaced it at no cost. I had a really bad day and this sweet gesture was something that honestly just put a smile on my face. Thank you so much. She didn’t have to do this since I technically left but she did and it was greatly appreciated. As always, I’ll be back.“
