“TL;DR: The food is great!

Came here for the first time tonight with my wife (great pick, babe!) and the experience was excellent. I call it an experience because it truly felt like one! We arrived not knowing what to expect and started at the kiosk area, began looking through the menu there when the nice woman behind the counter asked if we might like to eat in the dining room. I thought she meant the open area, but no! There is a cozy space off the the side of the kitchen that somehow looks straight out of the future, yet has a rustic feel. The slightly varied blue tones paired with the dark brick evoked a calm and welcoming aura.

The food is simply fantastic. My wife started with the ...cauliflower appetizer which she loved (I'm not a cauliflower fan myself) and I tried the mozzarella sticks which were some of the best I had. The were light and at first I thought maybe I got one where the cheese all fell out, but nope! completely filled, crisp and delicious.

We both had gyros, which came with pita chips that are just to die for. Light, crispy and deliciously paired with humus. My Steak gyro was the best I've had...and the same for the perogies. My great grandmother used to make her own, and these are the best I've had since then.

The piece de resistance: The apple perogies! Hot, sweet little pockets of culinary joy, they reminded me of empanadas. Next time we'll know to get 2 orders. So glad we saved room for dessert!

“I want say that my expectations were fully exceeded by my visit on Tuesday (12/9) to TGIF (Quakertown). I found an old gift card and brought it into see if it still had value. The early mid day manager could not have been nicer in getting me set up with the full value of my card. We returned later that evening and had a terrific waitress who took great care and enthusiasm during our visit. The food was perfectly prepared , steak exactly cooked as ordered, fresh al dente broccoli and well seasoned rice. My dining partner enjoyed the generously portioned Cobb salad. All in all a great experience.”

“My husband and I have been regulars since they opened. We lived in Philly for 45 years, enjoying Indian food there, as well as NY and London. Green Chili is 10/10+ each and every time! We are thrilled to have this restaurant close by, as excellent ethnic foods are impossible to find up this way. The owners are dedicated to to their craft and customers. We highly recommend Green Chili. They opened another store a few doors down, with desserts and snacks - we will be trying the Kulfi ice cream tonight. We have loved everything we ordered and still so many more dishes to try. We almost always do take-out. Be patient when placing your order....they are busy!!”

“I just had the best experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We’ve eaten here multiple times and the food and smoothies have always been delicious. Today I bought my smoothie drove away and dropped my smoothie in my car. I came back to buy a new smoothie since I only got one sip and the manager was so sweet and replaced it at no cost. I had a really bad day and this sweet gesture was something that honestly just put a smile on my face. Thank you so much. “I am originally from NJ and have tried almost every pizza place in Quakertown. Sal’s has the best Sicilian slice in this area, hands down! It was also a big slice! We’ve also tried other pizza places for white slices and even a plain pie but this is our favorite! My daughter loves white pie so we will definitely be going back.”

“Just had an amazing authentic Mexican Lunch at Tijuana Tacos on 309 in Quakertown. I had the chicken flautas, my husband had their Birria Tacos. The consomme was on point!!! Both were exceptionally well prepared. They give free fresh tortilla chips with beans and queso fresco crumbles right as you sit down. They offer a really nice menu selection and the service was quick and personable! 5 stars!”

The birria tacos, tamales, and esquite were also really good and I'm happy I was able to buy just one taco since I wanted to try a lot of different things. My only feedback is the esquite would be even better if it had lime in it!!! Also would appreciate if they offered sizes for the mangonadas and esquites since it was way too much for me.”

“Amazing cheesesteak shop at the Qmart.The chicken Cheesesteak is seasoned amazing with herbs and sweet peppers and mushrooms DONT cost extra. The bread they use is perfect , soft but never gets soggy holding the bulging weight of its contents. I highly recommend Zaino's if you want an EXCEPTIONAL cheesesteak. They are about 8 bucks and very much worth it.Qmart is open Friday , Saturday , and Sunday. Sunday the place closes at 5 pm , Friday and Saturday it closes at 9 pm.The service is awesome and the people are very nice.”

“Everyone is always so friendly. The restaurant can be on the messy side during busy lunch and dinner times. Trash overflowing, trash and food on floors, tables not cleaned off. The Trexlertown location could use more front of house staff. Food is always pretty good, but we often have errors/missing items, especially when we eat in and they bring us the food. The food prep prople need to double check the order before bringing it out to the table.”
