“Highly recommend stopping at Nourish for their ready to go meals. The chicken salad is amazing and we just loved their creamy smashed potatoes for Thanksgiving!! “We found this to be a really nice little cafe with classy style and a laid back atmosphere. The menu was largely compromised of breakfast type items like crepes, egg sandwiches and omelettes but they offered other things as well. I really liked the kitchen layout, which was visible from the main dining room separated by a stone island. “Great customer service, entire staff was extremely friendly. Great avo toast, super good quality bread. Mine had bacon "crumbles" but they don't skimp out. Very filling. Iced latte also perfect - not too milky or watered down. Will definitely be coming back.“
“Nice enough place. The food was good. The place always seems to be busy. Went for lunch. The Ruben was put together really well, the rye bread was the best part. The crab bisque was just alright. On a side note I still don't get why place put parsley on top of things lol. I would come back.“

“Not a bad little spot! Visiting my brother and I was looking up vegan food in the area and found these guys. Pretty decent! Not the biggest selection to choose from as far as food items go, but I did enjoy my Buffalo chick pea salad sandwich. Smoothie was good too. “We stopped in for a late breakfast & coffee! The young lady at the register was very nice & polite. She explained items when we had questions. Both meals were so good & fresh as well!! The place has enough room to sit & enjoy your meal, enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend or even do some work all while enjoying a nice fireplace.“
“My Wife and I like to go for brunch on Sundays here and there. Depending on the time I feel like the food can either be very good, or pretty good. “We just love the Karlton Cafe! We’ve been going since we moved to the area in 2013 and it never disappoints. Everything is fresh, plentiful and made with creativity. Service has always been consistent and welcoming! We enjoy knowing the menu always has our favorite staples as well as some seasonal goodies that keep it fun and enjoyable. Our 7 yr old son would like jack’s hot chocolate pancakes to be a permanent fixture on the menu ?“
