Danielle and Olivia and Amanda and Dan are fantastic. All of it. All of them. I have been to 17+ Applebees. Wow.
Ordered chicken Alfredo and a cheeseburger for me and my little brother. The burger came out soggy, but when we mentioned it, they immediately offered a refund and a fresh burger. The manager personally brought the new burger out to us, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was excellent. Great customer service!
My server Amanda was so kind to my table and I. Another time when I came here Olivia was so nice and welcoming to us! definitely coming back again!
