Absolutely horrible dinner. Mozzarella sticks came out cold. Spate ribs tastes very off. Did not eat either. Another's chicken sandwich came out totally dry. Top it off the waiter didn't even ask. And a manager always made rounds. No where to be seen. Paid 80$ for food not even eaten and should not have been served.

Applebee's in Quakertown is definitely one of the best locations. Though it was crowded, we were seated almost immediately. The service was very friendly and the food was very good. There was no problem substituting lettuce for my wife's hamburger bun, and it was crisp and sturdy. I had Asian Chili Ribs, which were nice and spicy and very tender.

Orlando Q. and Lexie were extremely sweet to my mother and I. we had an issue with our steak, and we ended up with a free new entire meal. would definitely recommend this place. 10/10, and thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

The Best Applebee's you'll ever visit. The whole team are great, from the hosts/hostesses to the servers. Amanda is hands down the best server in the industry. She makes you feel like a VIP patron, remembers your previous orders and preferences, total Rockstar. The food is excellent 9/10 times and when mistakes happen, they're happy to correct. The plates are usually great portions and the atmosphere is always welcoming.Kid-friendliness: Highly kid-friendly
I had not been in an Applebee's in a long time. Went in to have lunch with my son and hear about his new job. The food was "Fantastic", the Beer was Ice cold, and the service was excellent. I will be going in again to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

It took Nicholas 6 different times to get our bill correct. No personality. Seemed like we were a burden to his night. You’d think in customer service you would smile a little? Waited 32 minutes just for him to correct the checks for our party. It’s a Tuesday night, it’s not busy. I don’t understand why the service is just not the best.

We ordered the appraiser sampler, but it arrived cold. The food was sub-par. I ordered the Wiskey Burger, and the fries were also cold. the service wasn't great. I wanted another soda, and I couldn't find the waitress. We had to wait for a table, not sure why, because the place was not even half full for a Sunday at lunch.
Tonight was our 2nd visit to this Quakertown location and the service was phenomenon. Tonight we had Hanna she was great. Food was hot and delicious when it arrived.

Food is always great but the service was soo bad. Had a heavier set blonde lady and she never refilled drinks. A meal came before the apps, didn't bring out any of the requested condiments. We had to keep tracking her down or asking someone else to help up. We still gave over 20% because who knows what she may have been dealing with, but I'll still be honest and say that visit was terrible. There were 3 of us and we got a huge alcoholic beverage, 2 sodas, 2 apps, 2 entrees, a dessert for $80 which seems like a really great price to me.

We got Car side and Emily was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed I totally forgot the sauces I wanted and she double checked to make sure.
