“Ordered chicken Alfredo and a cheeseburger for me and my little brother. The burger came out soggy, but when we mentioned it, they immediately offered a refund and a fresh burger. The manager personally brought the new burger out to us, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was excellent. Great customer service!“

“My husband and I have been here a few times for lunch, just drinks and dinner. Always a pleasant experience. Never had a bad servicer or felt rushed or experience poor service. Food is good, portions are nice and prices aren’t bad either. We recommend it.“

“I love Five Guys but every time I go back to the States to visit family I make sure I go here at least once. Only thing I gotta figure out is how to get them to not be stingy with the bbq but if you go in and ask for it you can ask for a doubleshot i'm sure.“

“A little bit of a wait at the drive through. Big arech was good. I had a similar experience as Steven Myers a while back. It was night and I was driving while eating and thought something was off so I waited to get home to take a look and the burger was raw. Didn't say anything to anyone about it , but is this a common occurrence?“

“I want say that my expectations were fully exceeded by my visit on Tuesday (12/9) to TGIF (Quakertown). I found an old gift card and brought it into see if it still had value. The early mid day manager could not have been nicer in getting me set up with the full value of my card. We returned later that evening and had a terrific waitress who took great care and enthusiasm during our visit. The food was perfectly prepared , steak exactly cooked as ordered, fresh al dente broccoli and well seasoned rice. My dining partner enjoyed the generously portioned Cobb salad. All in all a great experience.“
