The Elbow Room is an amazing little dive bar with a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming staff. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the regulars create a cozy, "everyone knows your name" vibe. While it's a smoking-friendly establishment, the beer is cheap, and the overall experience is described as a "chill atmosphere." The restaurant also hosts occasional events, like potlucks, where food is served on-site.
