This place is by far the absolute best restaurant in the Poconos. I’m not into large portions because they usually lack in quality. This place has both. Very generous portions & top quality very fresh. We dine in Philly a lot. We now prefer to drive up to the Poconos because this place is that good. This place is much better than many big name restaurants in Philly.

Most of the menu not available, not accepting cash (had to leave half our party and go find an ATM) they said no desert was available??? Yet there was multiple cheesecakes and chocolate cakes in the stand up, food was mediocre at best even though the portions were big, service was ok at best.

Small place, only a few tables but it's perfect. BYOB. The food is delicious and the portions are huge (I mean HUGE). Every meal is made to order and it shows. I really liked everything we ordered but the chicken cutlet definitely could have been thinner (no surprise it was huge). All the meals that came out looked amazing. I'm excited to go back and try more, especially some of the steak entrees.

Contracted boomers to cater my granddaughters baby shower. The original count was fifty people. I called a week before and gave final count at fourty confirmed date time and menu. Day of shower sent son in law to pick up food no food they had wrong date. They said come back in a hour they will put something together. Eight hundred dollars worth of food thrown tough in an hour sent them back no choice no ready waited again went back picked up food no salad no need sent them back. Bread frozen solid not enough salad for twenty people. Penne vodka was made with huge noodles not penne noodle beef was not London broil pasta sauce was not what we tasted when we ordered chicken nuggets for kids were chicken strips. Biggest waste of money ever!!!!

Had set up for catering for my daughters baby shower went to pick up food which was $1000 dollars and they forgot altogether!!! Said can throw it together in an hour. That’s exactly what they did was throw it together!! Had to go back 4 times bc didn’t get all the order. No salad or bread so back again and was given 4 loaves of frozen solid bread. Worst service ever in my life. Would never go back or recommend to anyone

What a great find! They were all super nice and squeezed our party of six in. First of all everything tasted great, soup, main course and dessert. Be warned .... The main dishes are absolutely huge. I'm not a small person and I ate 1/4 of it and felt full. Service was fantastic. Also, they are moving in the new year (March) to a larger place not that far away. Highly recommend this place.

I have never had the desire to write a review until I ate at baby boomers cafe. Upon sitting at my table the table next to us sent their soup back because it was cold. Shortly after their entree because it was not fully cooked. Figuring Chef Joe would have rectified the problem, I decided to order a bowl. Nope. Cold as well. I then chose an entree that had the same seafood as a dish on the menu, but mine was a “special” that night with a different sauce. On menu it was $32, I was charged $58. In total we paid $250 with tip for three of us. Safe to say. We will not be going back.
