Seared Scallops were cooked perfectly & big. My man had the Lobster tails he couldn’t finish them that big & good. Rachel took care of us with helping with a birthday dessert for our friend. “My wife Brenda and I were privileged to eat tonite at the Beltzville Bar and grill. I had egg plant Parmesan platter. It came out hot, beautifully place on a large white plate. The pasta sauce was an Italian delight. I am guessing homemade by Deana. The egg plant was fresh cut and lightly breaded. The garlic bread had a die for buttery garlic seasoning. The salad was fresh cut served in a 1/2 bell pepper. The greens were varied and of a five Star restaurant quality. The pasta was Al dente firm with a tender texture. Not soft and mushy like so many places today. I also had 2 dozen clams - cooked to perfection with browned drawn butter. My beverage was Miller Lite in a tall neck bottle served in a chilled frosted glass. Our server was outstanding and helpful during our entire meal. I am sorry I forgot the nice young ladies name.”

“We went to Piggy's for breakfast today 7/9/2022, it was very busy when we arrived and we had a 15 minute wait. It turns out it was well worth the wait, breakfast was served quickly and was excellent. They have a batter for pancakes and waffles which was the best I have ever tasted. I can only suggest that if you are in the Poconos you must give Piggy's a visit.”
