Beautiful beach !!

Do not stay here!!! We rented a house in this community the day before Christmas. Women with very young children went to the play ground. Instead of being asked if they had wrist bands in a civilized manner, the security guard verbally assaulted the woman, yelling and screaming! The behavior by the security guard upset our families and negatively impacted everyonnes stay. We strongly suggest that this security guard on duty the morning of Dec. 24, 2023 receive training on how to interact with people in a civil manner. I would not reccomend renting any house in this community until this happens or there is a nee security guard hired. Upsetting woman and small children is unacceptable! Merry Christmas!

This special place to rest and spend wonderful days in the mountains surrounded by a beautiful forest and lakes, carefully managed by the staff.

No activities at this clubhouse. Should rename this place as senior center.

Paddle boat rentals were closed the day we went and when I asked I was rudely informed they were closed for the next two days. Encountered another employee the day before when we were just walking around and again, rude. Employees are not friendly at all and we didn’t even bother taking advantage of the amenities that came with the rental we were at for the week. Such a bummer that they hire such rude staff. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

We loved our rental for the week but if you plan on going to the clubhouse, be forewarned. If you are not a member (even with your wristbands if visiting), they will not serve you alcohol. We wanted to go for some drinks and dinner but unless you have a membership ID, you won’t be served alcohol.

at the pool today something had happened in the water and they said they needed to shock it… but they were being very inconsiderate and rude about how they were telling everyone to get out. screaming telling everyone to get all there stuff and get out now. they were very rude for how they acted and i was not satisfied.. please check your employees to correct how they speak to local people coming to swim. people were not pleased with how they were spoken to.

One of the best vacations ever

RUDE EMPLOYEE !!!Was here on the Sunday before Memorial Day.The lady testing the pool water [which was the same person] at the beach entrance under the umbrella was aggressive and condescending in her response. It started when I asked what the minimum age was for the pool.Most of the employees here were nice and polite except for this one bad egg.The place was well maintained.
