$18 for 16 bones less wings & 14 for a 6 inch I Italian hoagie is highway robbery. Hoagie was horrible not warm or toasted. Wings were okay. This community can’t afford this, just go somewhere else including next door which has better whole wings for less a lot less

Absolutely horrible business practices going on here, greasy new owner takes over and refuses to honor previously purchased gift certificates. Way too expensive and not that good. NEVER eat here, you can get better and cheaper wings 30 different places. You guys will never get any business from me or anyone i know ever again and you’re lucky theres no corporate numbers available on the internet because id be lodging a complaint. Terrible establishment.

After a recent transition in ownership, the quality, quantity, cost, wait time, and staff have drastically improved. With daily specials running throughout the week, you're presented with reasonable prices of things with the quality you'd expect from BSB's from the Golden Ages before they got too big too quick.Now that $1 wing night is on the menu 4 days out of the week (In orders of 25 on Fri & Sat if I remember correctly), I hope for nothing but success for the new owners.I strongly suggest filtering the reviews by date as, as of recent, there has been such drastic changes that the older reviews aren't exactly fair nor representative of what to expect.

Change your store hours, on Google and your partnering online ordering platforms. Ordering food at a restaurant then finding out they aren't open after ordering food for pickup is not a great

First time ordering from their new location for delivery. We had six wings, chicken strips, Philly cheese sub and fries. Everything was both hot and excellent to good. All the servings were large. It is great to have a local place that delivers hot food. I expect to order again soon. I hope to try one of their 1/2 lb burgers. A week later we tried again. This time we had the cheese burger, Smitty's chicken parm, grilled chicken and fries. Again the fries were both excellent and hot. The burger was good but over powered the bun. The grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. The Smitty was not a chicken parm sandwich it was more a chicken philly without vegetables and marina sauce instead. Tasted ok but not as expected or desired. Be warned.

Cash only they’ll tell you on the phone but there’s an ATM inside. Got 2 different flavors. Super juicy. Super flavorful. Super good. They had a store down in Morgantown wv but it closed and I was very sad. Recently moved to the area and I already know I’ll be a regular. Black Frank white and walk of the beaver falls (super hot) try to the other one first. Also please ignore the bad review if you want plain jane wings go to Pizza Hut it’s right down the road. Go to BSB for the variety of different wings. Hot damn I’ll be back in a few days.
