The fried provolone was very good. The bread wasn’t fresh, it was chewy and tasted like it was popped in a microwave. I had a steak salad. The French fries were very good, but the steak wasn’t seasoned at all, and even though I ordered it medium and it was pink inside, it was tough. Overall I was disappointed and give the food a C rating. The waitress was very good.
We used J.W Halls for our rehearsal dinner, and everything was great! We are not from the area and weren’t familiar with the restaurant prior to, but we were so glad this is who we went with. Leading up to the day, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions and ensuring a seamless experience when we arrived day-of. The food was incredible! First time at JW Halls and we will absolutely be back. Service was great, all the food was delicious, plenty of options for whatever you are in the mood for. Did not have a wait on a Sunday afternoon. The salad bar was clean and well filled. Nothing to complain about!
