PA St. Louis Fish & Chick is a take-out place with a very clean interior and chairs for waiting. The atmosphere is not important as it is strictly for take out. The food receives high praise, with the fish being described as fresh, plenty, very good, and delicious. The large catfish nugget and fry combo is a great value, enough for two people. The breading is a very light, delicate cornmeal-type breading that is not heavy and greasy. The chicken fingers were also good. The lemon pepper dust is addictive. Service is efficient, with orders ready exactly on time even when the restaurant is very busy. While the chocolate layer cake was extremely dry, the overall experience is positive, making it a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
