7th Street Rotisserie Chicken

I placed an order of two sandwiches. One of chicken second sandwich of pork . They added cheese without me telling them or them asking me . I told them I didn’t request anything to be added. I canceled my order. I refuse to pay for something I didn’t request.

I went there I bought a hole chicken rice and beans and 2 sandwich for 800 dollars a piece and she charged me 46 dollars for everything when I got home I only had a half of chicken and rice I called and the lady said oh u said u wanted rice beans a chicken so he said I ordered it as a separate order they took my money and bullshited me because I'm white the pork sandwich was very dry no taste and the chicken was also dry and they . I will never go back there the lunch special is 16 dollars for alitlke food it's crazy . Im not stupid they took my money it's ok God bless them

So I know they can get a little busy in there. I called and placed an order for a rotisserie she said 25mins. I live an hr away and drove to Allentown JUST FOR THIS CHICKEN! But okay it’s fine I’ll wait 25mins. I got there after about 15mins and she tells me the wait is now another 40 minutes bc some guy got there before me and ordered 6 of them. It made absolutely no sense to me. Yeah chicken is good but with service like that I doubt I’m coming back.

Placed door dash order I am cancer patient can’t drive and they apparently didn’t have my order and closed early so they never told me so when they delivered my food I had one meal with 3-4 people sitting here

$16 for each meal. My pork looks like a lunch special and my son only got two pieces of chicken and the food is cold. I spent a total of $50 on two meals and an order of fried pork belly

I ordered a lunch special and I was extremely disappointed!! The food was cold, the meat was awful, and the plantains were hard. It was a waste of money!!

Went in around 3pm and I parked outside with my flashers. I know it’s not okay but there was no parking. Long story short she tells me to move my vehicle. I said okay. So I placed my beverages back into the fridge and found a spot. I come back into the restaurant and ask where is the line because I was here prior to everyone. She said: there is no line and I thought you left. We went back and forth and she continued saying that I left. Another attendant came forward and said; she’s been here before everyone else etc. The attendant started to get my order ready. I told the owner ma’am I have been waiting and still no one had served me, plus you told me that it was a $200 ticket being out front. That’s why I stepped outside. Not even a 2 minutes lapse. She made a snarky remark; oh honey there is plenty of chicken. I didn’t even bother arguing with her. If you run a business and you know you get busy... Prioritize and have organization. Also, don’t make rude comments to customers. We are paying with dollars for a service you wanted to provide. Never again!

called them to cater for a small party I was having, and received rude customer service over the phone. They clearly didn’t want my money.

If i can give zero stars I would. I always call before I go there to make sure they have chicken. I called today and she told me she had chicken and when I get there she tells me she doesn't have chicken. I told her I called and you told me I can come. She then proceeded to tell me she only has 4 left and it was for a guy that was waiting. Her attitude (which she always has) and lack of customer service is upsetting. Won't go back there again.

They don't use gloves to serve or handle food. Had one of thier worker put in like 5 chickens in the rotisserie with No Gloves.....you don't know how fast I walked outta there. Straight disgusting I went in there to order chicken stew she said they didn't have....aren't you a place that serves this on your menu....I would not ever return

I always order for my thanksgiving dinners or other family gatherings. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious!
