“I had the best experience going there Saturday for dinner. We were from out of town and my kid had wrapped up a swim meet. After the meet, my kid said she wanted French fries for dinner, so we went to this Arby’s. The cashier was the nicest guy. He apologized for the wait on chicken tenders, giving some extra as well as giving us a large fry instead of the medium I had ordered for the inconvenience. I rang the bell in the restaurant!“
“After spending the day at the hotel in PA,night time creeped up on us and we had to decide what we wanted to eat and which establishment would still be open before 10pm.The kids love their Arby's curly fries and sliders.We arrived at the drive through as it was almost 10pm.Gave our order and waited a little while, until someone came outside and handed the order to us and we then drove away.When we arrived back at the hotel we noticed we didn't have our milkshake in the order.I was able to call Arby's and they were kind enough to let us come back the following day so we could get it, which we did.Thanks again.“
